Is Monty A Normal Or Pastel?

Can tell for sure from pic but looks like he has some nice white on his sides.

If you haven't already, go to "Morphs and Genetics" and click on the sticky entitled, "Hunters guide to Morphs" click on "Pastels" and there is enough information in there for you to answer your questions. What color are your snakes eyes? Whats the belly look like, etc. I voted definitely a normal.

Just out of curiousity... how defiantly normal is the snake?

one think i stick to the eye rule when judging a pastel & normal.

if the eyes aint green, its a normal. normal got drak brown to brown eyes.

only pastel got green eyes.

From my experiance, usually if someone needs to ask it is a normal. it is a nice snake none the less.

That's not actually a 100% way to tell a pastel. I've seen some beautiful pastels which have either eyes that are so dark green you can't tell the difference between them and brown eyes all the way to some who's eyes look almost yellow they are so bright.

Also WTF do people keep naming their snakes Monty. Come the hell on people it's not original in any way and it's definitely not funny! Just saying. I went through CL one day and found literally 6 different people selling balls who were named Monty.

I agree with the hard and fast rule of eye color not being the best way to tell.

I have one pastel that her eyes look brown they are so dark, even in the light, and her dad's eyes are yellow.

Also know of pastels with eyes that are silvery looking.

I don't see any fading to his eyebrow markings so my vote goes to normal. But he is quite nice looking.
