Peircings....lets see them!! (if appropriate)

I have my tounge done...and like 6 in each ear....i let my belly button close like ...13 years ago!

this was my obitals. i had one on each ear. it is a hoop that goes through the ear twice.

i had my nape done (the back of my neck), and my labret. took the labret out becasue it hit my teeth. and i had to take the obitals and the nape out when i got a job at a car dealer. i was pissed!! i am def. going to get the nape done again real soon. now all i have is the indy and my lobes are gauged up to 2g.

I have 48 tattoos but piercings are something I could never get into. I used to have my ears pierced, one in each ear. And a lip ring years ago, they hurt way to bad for me, and I like to be able to cover everything up.

I have a tongue piercing and that is the only body piercing I have.

i've got my left eyebrow, my labre, and my right nipple done.

i eventually want to get my other nipple done (guys let me tell you, getting it done, makes it much more enjoyable when your GF gives your nipple a lick).

i also want to get an industrial (especially a gate kind), but i'm gettin to old to try to get new piercings and cover them up while they heal.

I've got 6 lobe piercings between both my ears (3 per side) and both of my nipples done. I did have my first lobe holes stretched to a 2g, but they're back at a 6 or so now with 14g jewelery in them.

I want to get more but healing piercings is the biggest pain in the bum. I've got a few tattoos as well.

At one point I had 6 piercings in my ears, my tongue, both nipples and my navel.

Now I'm down to 0g in my ears, my tongue is a 12 and my navel is a 12. The other holes in my ears are still open but I never put anything in them anymore...

Both of my lobes are at a 00. I might go bigger, but for now I am leaving them be.

I used to have the front of my neck pierced, between the collar bones but slightly higher. I just have an awesome scar now because it was growing out - it kept getting caught on stuff.

I have 27... 12 you could see if I was looking at you and wearing them all.

5 in the left ear - 2 lobe, 1 conch, and 2 upper ear
5 in the right ear - 3 lobe, 1 conch, one mid ear
(both lobes were stretched up to just over 3/4 inch, but starting splitting so I had to eventually remove them and never put them back in).

2 in my nose (both sides).

And the rest... well, yeah...

On another note - I only have two - one in the top of my left ear and my belly button. I had my tongue pierced but when I got my job I have now I had to take it out. And I was wearing my teeth down like crazy because I constantly chewed on it.

Woo fun post! I've currently got nine piercings, my tongue (10g), five on my left ear (two 14g in my cartilage, two 14g in my lobe, and one 6g lobe), and three on my right (one 6g lobe, one 14g tragus, one 14g conch). And a tattoo :D I found a few old pics in my "Me" folder on photobucket, one is directly of my ear, one is of me but you can kinda sorta see my left ear, and I'll include my tat cuz I'm hella proud of my design :w00t:

I've got plugs in instead of the horseshoe in this one. You can see the plug in my profile picture to the left lol, but Nyx is covering my industrial.

the nape was really cool! i loved it alot and im pretty sure im going to get it done again. it didn't hurt....well you know it hurt cause its a freaking needle going into your skin but not bad at all. it never was sore....just was there. if you are going to get it done or any surface piercings done, i highly recommend going with tygon instead of metal. it won't grow out as easy.

so next year im pretty sure im going nape and collar bones if i can find a good piercer around here.

Great, thanks for the input :D I haven't really spoken to anyone who had them. But when I was planning on getting my nape and anti-eyebrow ages ago, I'd heard to use tygon instead. I'm glad you've reinforced that.

And wow collar bones woo! You definitely have to tell me how that comes out when you get those babies

Lol. I think there's a band (kinnda crappy with most songs) but i THINK it's the Hollywood Undead and they have a song called Emo making fun of it. Totally worth listening to once, maybe twice.

Ok, as for me, i don't have pictures but right now i only have my ears pierces and it's small (18 or 20g) i used to have surface pircings down my spine at each vertebra. That was wicked painful. My tongue was pierced but after it got stuck in my teeth while i was talking to a cop after getting pulled over i took it out. I also used to have the webs between my thumb and pointer pierced but i took that out after a few days. hurt too much to do ANYTHING. I also had septum (nose) with a bull ring but since i work in a professional enviroment now i can't hide that too well. That's been gone about a year now, i kinnda miss it.
I like piercings, it's something you can always changed (unless it's guaged) and change your look. Tattoos on the other hand are there forever and you can't change it once you get tired of it. Just my .02
Oh, and yes, go Tygon. I didn't and the piercings in my back were rejected. I couldn't sleep on my back for a week after i took them all out. You can also do a new type on Nylon material (like what they use to make 'invisible' piercings and soft tongue piercings) but that costs alot and looks like you took a piece of some crappy car hood from Fast and Furious (Tokyo) and jabbed it though your skin. It's cool if your into cyber goth stuff but that's the only time i see it useful. I don't remember the exact name of it though.

had 2 friends who both had their spetums pierced and wore horseshoes during the week and tucked them up in their nose so you couldn't see them. they both weren't allowed to have them but kept them hidden. just a little hint incase you want to get it done again.

ive wanted to get the collar bones done for a while now....i should get on that!!!!!

Yeah, i tried that with it before but the girl who did it made teh piercing very low, so when i shoved it up my nose youe could still see a little silver. I told everyone my snot was made of silver. I said had the silver Midas touch :P. I might get it redone and do that, though. Just for craps and giggles, lol.

I have my lobes pierced, technically twice, but I only have earings in the second holes. The rings for the bottom ones fell out and since they were gauged to 12, I didn't have anything that size and they shrank back up. :(

I also have an industrial. I used to have my bellybutton and my eyebrow, but my bellybutton ring got ripped out (Ouch!) and my eyebrow piercing kept getting rejected and was constantly infected (no matter how clean I kept it) so I was forced to take it out. I have decided that one day I will get my eyebrow re-done. I miss it.

My husband had his tongue pierced but had to take it out for surgery and he thinks it might have closed up.

the eyebrow is the #1 piercing to reject. not enough skin there for them to keep really. some people just get lucky but most....not so much.

It really does hurt, lol! The first time I got my belly button pierced I was doing laundry and dropped the basket and the edge caught on top of the bar and ripped it out.... I almost didn't get it repierced because of that!

I was helping my mom move and I was carrying a tub and the edge caught on the top of the jewelry. It hurt so bad I dropped the tub, causing the ring to get ripped out. My stepdad thought it was funny. :confused: I still have a nice little scar there.
