I know to stay away from any spiders with tiger or giant or baboon in the name.

Y'know, before I joined this forum, I was fascinated by spiders. Now? I love them almost as much as I do my balls.

    Gorgeous kids.

I sure hope so since this is what I started with, as my first T. So far the little guy is pretty timid, and funny as heck to watch him move the dirt all around. :giggle:

I still haven't noticed a shed yet. I know they're supposed to be slow growers, but how long do they normally go between sheds?

I DONT RECCOMEND THESE FOR BEGINEERS.
they are extreemly fast and aggressive.
they should be treated with the upmost respect.

    depends on alot of things.
how large was it when you bought it?
    WC? CB?
and how much are you feeding it.
most anything over 4 inches is a wild caught specimen, and grown VERY slow.

It's CB. The sling is small... about the size of a nickel maybe. I'm feeding it twice a week, but it didn't accept it's last meal so I thought it may be due to shed.

I've had the little sling for about a month I think, and I SWEAR it looks bigger, but haven't seen a molt. I figured it was possible it got buried, with him pushing all the dirt around.
