    Are you serious? That's gotta be so painful... I'd be on the phone with an emergency 24-hour vet right now. I don't play around with that kind of stuff...

    there is no bleeding or anything,its just dented in.

    i dont know of any 24 hour vets.i will take her tomorow.has anyone had this happen?

    One of the many dangers we face by feeding live to a snake. Get it to a vet asap and see if there is anything the vet sees that you may not.

    I had something similar with my large adult female after she laid... her coordination, and I assume muscle control, was off just enough that an ASF was able to get a nip into the eye.

    Seems they are more resilient than we thought. I waited a day to do a second exam and she was fine.

    Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge on physiology can jump in, but I asssume the outer eye is designed to *resist* such things.

    Glad to hear she/he is OK. :)
