Just when I thought I was loosing interest...

Blizzard releases Wrath of the Lich King and it blows Burning Crusade out of the water. Northrend is huge! All the zones are huge! The instances are short and easy! Hundreds of quests in every zone! And everything looks and feels so epic!

I know that's a lot of "!" but it's worth it. If you were playing WoW and dropped out after BC, give Wrath a shot. It will blow you away.

Anyone else playing? I got my Warrior main to 74 at the moment.

My husband and I both play. I have a lvl 71 hunter, 57 Death Knight- (frickin awesome!) And my hubby has a lvl 60 Death Knight, and a lvl 72 Druid. We also have quite a few alts between the two of us, but those are our mains, as of now. What server you play on?

Man...I haven't really played since I started college...before BC came out. I'm so far behind on that game. :P I never even got to 60. My little 58 gnome mage is the farthest I have gotten. I keep trying to play, and I've reactivate my account a few times, but I always end up not having time again. Hopefully this summer I can catch up on it!! I have a friend that is still playing and he said it is awesome!

I did the free trial and that's as far as I went. Too much grinding for my likes. I can see how the social aspect of WoW could be really fun. I just prefer single player RPGs like TES: Oblivion (also Morrowind) and Fallout 3.

So.. your one of those crazy ones that has passed 73 in less than a week.

That's over 15 hours of straight gameplay. Sheish.

The instances are too short, and too easy. Theres no challenge. Meh.
The queue is.. insane. All of my friends, including my guild could technically transfer off of the WORST SERVER IN THE GAME, but then we would never be able to get a group.. again..
Why illidan.. WHY.

Haha...most of the friends that I play with now when I do get to play play horde, so they won't play with me if I log on to her. Pretty much haven't played her much since I started college...she is one of my favorites though. I love the mages.

Mages are fantastic.

I don't mind Female Dranai or Night Elves. In fact I have two on Cho'gall.
I hate Gnomes, Male Dranai, Dwarves, and I kinda have an issue with Orcs.

I have like.. one of the 5 female Tauren in the game.. Oh well.

No, I am pretty middle of the road in that regard. The crazy ones are the ones that hit 80 on Saturday and started running the new Naxx Sunday night.

I hit 74 last night.

Also, I like the fast that they are short and easy. They should be. I hate instances that have tons of trash. More often than not the trash was harder than the bosses.

I play a Human Warrior named Warmason on Firetree (PVP server).

Thanks for your review! I got my mage up to 70 and most of tier 4 then quit about 6 months ago. I've been thinking about buying the expansion though!

My Dad (64 years old) is absolutely addicted to it. He gets up a 5 a.m. and starts playing at 7:00 a.m. and plays until my mom throws a fit. Needless to say, he begged me to try it so I did over this past weekend and it's way to difficult for me. I'm still considering buying the full version (only have the free trial) just to see if I can get more into it.

I despise the game. I do have a character, which I made so that I could play with my brother and my boyfriend who are both addicted to it. But neither one of them will help me, so the character just goes unused at level 15. My boyfriend is one of the nutters that got to lvl 76 by the second day or something. He may already be 80. That game has been the bane of my existence for the last 3 years - the length of time we've been together. He NEVER gets off of it. All we do is fight over it. :mad:

I honestly think there should be a WOWA - world of warcraftaholics anonymous and a similar program for their mistreated girlfriends. :(

Yeah, like just about anything else, some people can take it too far.

RL > WoW or any other game.

i used to play... Had a 70 lock in t5 and a 70 paly... they kinda got banned though... Doesn't bother me that much though... I have another account with another paly like lvl 20 but I don't think I want to start the grind all the way up to 80 so probably wont be playing wotlk... I'd probably buy it if i could play DK but sine my acct doesnt have a 55+ char already then I wont be able to...

O well... WoW is way too easy which puts allows lots of cruddy players to get to max lvl. Tryin to get a group of all good players is a pain and almost never happens
