His name is Steve.
He seems to be a BP breeder in Europe but I don't know his website or his adress ?
We're looking for him.

In 2006 and 2007 , Steve sold snakes of Clark and Wilbanks in Expoterraria and in our forum.
We have a lot of pics where we can see Steve with them to sell snakes.... also, he bought or earn a lot of snakes from them to do his collection.
In 2006 , we were various to visit Steve at this home... somes cages with a mix of snakes : boa and ball python in the same cage for example ! A beginner... and not a guy with 17 years of experience !!!

Now, you can read who is Fung Loy Steve. He works with you but ... he destruce you

I'm member of the Spanish forum in which there have been a lot of problems with Steve. I'm not one of his victims, but I think it's fair that you know what the people are saying about him. If you don't mind, I'll abbreviate a lot, as it would be really difficult to explain everything without summarizing.

He sold boas that had obvious IBD symptoms and it seems that he also sold boas with cryptosporidium
After the bank transfer of some of his customers, he sent them some terrariums that were different from the ones the customer had paid for. Even more, they had been previously used and one of them was incomplete. This shows his lack of professionalism.
He has been selling animals whose papers were not in order, and so they are illegal or at least not totally legal in Spain and their owners can't register them.
He earned much money with his "business" (buying snakes abroad and selling them in Spain), while he was telling the people that he didn't earn any, that he was doing them a favour. Of course, those people were really grateful for it!
He also tells that nearly all the animals he sells come from his facilities, and some people discovered that they came from other breeders in Europe, breeders from whom Steve buy animals for less than half the price he sell them.
He created a company with the wife of a member of this forum and he stole the benefits.
He spoke badly of anyone who could reduce his benefits. For example, he told that the hogg island boas of a member of the forum didn't seem to be pure and took the opportunity to sell his boas, which cost much more money and looked exactly the same as the ones of the other member.
And he doesn't answer nearly any of the telephone calls, e-mail or complains from the people that have been cheated over the last two years. In the few cases that he admitted his responsibility, he promised to change the sick animal for another one if the victim didn't say anything in public.

Hi guys
He sold all his snakes in Spain and he go out of the country.
The victims numbers is +/- 16. and the amount of the money stolen is over $40.000
We has some news with FaceBook ( thank you Microsoft ) and we're always lookinf for all informations to transmit to the police investigation.
Unfortunatly , only two persons took a lawyer.... because others don't have time and money to do this
Please, if you have more informations or if you can put new post on your forums, just do it for all Steve Fung Loy's victims.

This bad guy lives in Brazil now and is causing a lot of problems here.
He steals, lies and walks over anyone to get his way.
He works at a restaurant and it would be very good to kick him out of my country.
