    Let the Breedings Begin!
I'm reflecting on last year and all the nerves from my first year breeding and I'm so excited to start off this season! I had decided to start my pairings on November 1st this year.

So today I have four pairings (no locks, just finished putting them all together) - het clown, lemon pastel, mojave, and Jolliff tiger - are all courting ladies tonight.

I would have preferred a weather front to have rolled in here, as it's a balmy 70 degrees here with no significant weather systems, but at least the boys can begin spurring the girls and get them ready for breeding!

I'll try not to remember that it was six months before I saw my first clutch last year! :D

And let's hope that the ball gods initiated me well and good last year - 10 pastel eggs with 2 pastels and 8 normals, one possible het clown clutch with three males and one female! LOL

Whoops, guess that was confusing! The het clown is breeding a normal female, the mojave is breeding a normal female! The Jolliff tiger and the lemon pastel are not locked with their respective females (or may have during the night and I missed it).

Good luck Robin I hope you get great odds and ratios this year. My season has started a little slower than last year, so far I've got confirmed locks from albino x het albino.

Best of luck!!! Can't wait to see what you hatch out.

I started my guys already. I've had YB/Normal, Pinstripe/Normal, & Mojave/Normal all lock so far. But I am not getting anywhere with my Spider female & any boys, & I discovered (through a couple of combat sessions) that my 2 'dinker project' females are actually males....ugghhh...been exciting so far. Still have a few normals girls to go through, a Genetic Granite/YB pairing, and a YB pairing. Let's see...
