... a waste of time. Why own hots if they aint hot?
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
I love Hots but i wont ever touch one. I get bit enough by pythons and boas. If i had a Hot i would be dead in a week.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
well it's fine to touch hots... when they're tubed!
seriously, it's not that hard to handle a snake correctly, i will never understand venomoids.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
That was nuts! Thanks for sharing. Poor things I feel bad for them.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
Wow. That's a little intense. -Sighs.- I'll never understand the purpose of venomoids. Either own hot or don't. I won't, but that's me.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
This just makes me all tht more agianst devenomizing a snake. For all the snake has to go through just to possibly still be venomous, and how would you know unless you got bit to find out. I doubt peopel are going to check it over a glass like that regualarirly. If you need to own a venomous animal consider anti venom as a norm in your medicine cabinet.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
Personally I think hot snakes should only be owned by professionals and have the proper medical back up just incase.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
I don't think so. They have the entire glands removed. Completly removed. I've been bitten by a venomoid king and I'm still standing here. Oh btw, in case your wondering, I wasn't handling the king, a friend was, and he got careless.
Re: all of you venomoid owners, watch out!
your snake may have had the procedure done properly, but that doesn't mean everyone else's has it done properly.
