Ball tattoo finished today

Welp Being that you guys are the BP experts you should notice one thing off the bat that isnt very normal about the python...but I prefer it that way :)
There does appear to be one inperfection that I will ahve to have fixed after this heals, But All in all Im very happy with the quality, and realism the snake has. What do you experts think?

Sweet tat! I have one on my foot that got a bit infected/rubbed from my shoe. Once it healed you couldn't really tell, athough I can :D

Is it that spot where there should be snake but isn't??

Maybe it's just how the light is shining on it....but there's a spot on the body, right under the grapes, where it looks like it didn't get filled in with black ink...so the blue background is showing through...looks like a hole in the snake's body. :giggle:

It's not a tree...it's a grape vine. :P

Ha, Thanks for all the comments. The part that annoys me is where it goes behind the tree and there should be some snake body there but its sky instead lol. It took 6 1/2 hours. The part under the berries looks funny due to lighting. As for balls not climbing treees..well, Its was a cover up tatto lol The tree does great at covering up :) besides from time to time you see confused BP's up on limbs lol. In the end thetre will be leopard geckos, chams and crested geckos on this same tree as it spirals down my arm :)

Thanks for those compliments you guys. The head color/pattern is what I chose to be different than your average BP. I didnt thing all the black a normal ball has on its head would look right.

Looks pretty good to me. I wish I had the funds available, I have been craving some ink myself. Usualy when I have the cash, I am not content with the design or can't decide, and when I do decide on a design, I don't have the cash. But thats usualy how it goes :rolleyes:

Well I brought in a few pictures and explained what I wanted, and what I was after. then my artist drew this up and ran with it :) Considering it was a cover up I think she did AWSOME lol

seeing all these bp tattoos is making me want one. i never really liked the idea of a snake tattoo before, but i think my artist is going to be doing a snake in the future ;) im not going to pick a normal tho.. maybe a clown, or something.
