My friends and people I want to meet are there...

There was a reptile show a few weeks ago and although I got to go, boy was I cranky. I was NOT allowed to bring anything home. I live with my mother-in-law and she won't let me have any more snakes.

Awwww Heather, I feel your pain :tears:. I so wanted to go to Tinley this year cuz just about everyone that I've met and become friends with on the other forum I'm part of is going and I would have loved to just get out there and meet everyone! But stupid finances and stupid work kept me here. BUT next year I am so totally going if I have to hitchhike the whole way out there and sleep in a cardboard box lol.

You're gonna miss a fun time. The partying starts in a few hours for us! The Brits (Darrin and Bev from Crystal Palace Reptiles) got in last night so we'll be picking them up later to go out partying. I'm planning to stop in Forest Park then head into the city if anyone wants to meet up.

The worst part is that I'm already getting texts and junk...

I started reading about this show awhile back on here and thought we would be able to go. It's not too far to drive and wouldn't take too much money out of our pockets as long as we didn't buy anything. :rolleyes: But darn it if my dad isn't getting inducted into his colleges Hall of Fame for basketball this weekend. So now I'm setting in a hotel room in Salina, KS. But I am very proud of my dad! I'll just have to plan for next year. :)

Can't wait to see lots of pictures from people are going!!!!
