Boys Names

As some of you may know we are having twins boys, we have one name (Gavin) but looking for opinions on the second....

Have it narrowed down to Lincoln, for all your Prinson Break fans, and Phoenix (fire), not traditional but both unique....vote for your favorite :D

I like them both but I like Lincoln a bit more.

I voted for Phoenix. I knew a guy in school named Lincoln and he was a big dork. Killed the name for me. lol

that's wierd- i go to one of three lincoln-way high schools and one of their mascots is the pheonix! :O

I wouldn't name my kid pheonix, just a little too dungeons & dragons-y, he'd get a lot of crap in middle school with that name.

I chose Lincoln....used-ta-be my last name!

I'm a little old school. To me, Phoenix would be a girl's name.

Lincoln! Or how about justin?

Although both of our parents disagree, we decided on Lincoln....all of our friends agree as well the majority of Bp.netters :gj:

Funny you should say Gavin.....My boyfriend has twin 9 year old boys as well named Gavin and Cole

No way I have cousins named gavin and cole but they arnt twins but Gavin has a twin named Brekken and Cole has a twin named Jack!!:O

I know of a family where the Mothers name is Gena, and her sons are (in order from oldest to youngest) Garrett, Gavin, and Garner.

Wife - Shela
Kids (all girls) - Sasha, Sanessa, Shanele, Siakayla, Shalarala

... yeah.

I dunno. When I hear Lincoln I think of cars, a president with a long beard and tall hat, Nebraska, and logs I used to play with as a kid.

With Phoenix it's, well, our capitol here. That's about it. Hence, my vote.

3-5 more weeks and they're here :O:D:rage::taz::headbang:

Us Grandma's love baby pics...it drives us to pinch lots of chubby cheeks!

The only time I ever heard the first name Lincoln was on the Mod Squad. And people outside of the Arizona area will have a hard time spelling Feenix. :confused:

But anyway, best wishes for good health and lots o'happiness. :D

Of the two choices, I would go with Lincoln.

Ha me too!

I like Phoenix, just because I'm used to hearing it since I live in Phoenix (AZ), practically.

Lincoln seems kinda dorky to me, whenever I hear that name I think of Abe Lincoln or those stacking logs (I think the brand name was like Lincoln stack logs or something... I don't know I can't remember the last time I saw those was when I was little LOL).
