    Banana Clown
Anyone else see it on KS yesterday for $35k? Can't find it today and a thread about it on their forum is gone as well.

$150k sounds about right. I remember he was advertising just the plain banana ball for $100k when I first saw it, $75k at Tinley, and he had dropped it down to $50k by the end of the year.

Why is this morph so expensive? I don't know much about it, is it a single morph? mix of recessives?

i think banana is co-dominant, clown is recessive. price on bananas should come down in the near future.

I can't wait, the original banana is still my favorite. The combos take away from the superbness. IMHO.
    Soooo gorgeous.

The bananas I had seen listed last year at 50k, and then a few months later, back up to 100k. I guess he couldn't decide what he wanted to sell them for...

i could imagine him maybe selling an '08 female banana for $35k, but a banana clown i would still say would be around $100k. if its true though and hes selling banana clowns at $35k, im gonna email him my order lol

Bonanza, I like it. Does anyone know if this is or is not the same morph nerd is working with? I they were refferring to it as coral glow. Id have guess theres a whole lot more than ten of them either way. If there mixed with other morphs, and recessives at that I bet there are quite a few tucked away.

Last I knew there hadn't been a super produced. If there has, I must have missed it, but it seems to me that something like that would be all over. The banana, coral glow, and white smoke are all believed to be the same morph.

another thing is is that it is a female, I'm sure the prince could be twice that if it was a male, because he would be a powerhouse breeder!

I totally agree. It's an incredibly cool snake, but you've got a good three years before you can breed, and *hopefully* get one clutch.

yeh would be heartbreaking to get a "dudd" breeder banana that slugged out every year =[

having the holy grail of ball pythons sitting in your rack at breeding size and not being able to do anything with her! :|

how many people spend large sums of money for these morphs? I guess what i'm asking is...Is it hard to sell these balls for 35k? Not many people have that kind of money lying around...i think. lol

They're investments. If you bought a male banana you'd make the money back in a breeding season or two. And then some! But, no. Not everyone has the money just lying around.

Yeah I know that the coral glow is the same thing, Kevin showed me one of them that he's working with last time I went up there. They are a beautiful beautiful snake, maybe some day prices will be down to where I might actually be able to get one :D. Who knows with it being a co-dom do you think that eventually supply will be enough to where it could be widely available? And if it does wow, think about the crazy combo morphs that would then be running around everywhere...... Lol sorry just thinking out loud I guess.

How many do you see circling around?

They're priced that high for a reason, not many exist.

I could ask Will how many have been produced next time I see him. When/If I see him.
