Pied / Albino / Spider Pics

I tried shooting some pics on different backgrounds. I normally just use white unprinted newspaper, but I thought I would switch it up.

Let me know what you all think. Which background do you like best? Thanks.

i believe the black is a better pic when displaying animals with stark whiteness

I like them all depends on the snake, the colors of the snake are shown better with different colors. But they all look great

Thanks everyone. I see what you are saying about the blue. I do like the black though. It is nice to be able to switch the background every now and then. I will probably just stick with the unprinted newspaper though. In my opinion, it looks best.

I agree. The blue is very striking, I'd use it if you are trying to grab someone's attention - e.g. front page of a website, or if you have a particular snake on sale you want to show off. Like Drew said though, the best background to use depends on the colors of each particular snake.

Edit - ok I guess some people don't like the blue. Do what you want :confuzd:

I personally like the blue but id say it would depend on the snake.... the blue reminds me of $$$ So I would definately use it on a higher priced snake.

Thanks to everyone that responded. I like the blue, but the pictures did not come one like I wanted on the blue. I took some pictures of the pied on the blue, but it made the white extremely white. It must have messed with the flash sensor on my camera. Anyway, thanks again to everyone.

I like black or white. the blue does have some old school pimp quality to it.:D

LOL, old school pimp thats great... Thanks. I also like the black and white. I think that the black is going to work well with light colored snakes, and white with the darker animals.

I like all the snakes alot, but only the black background.

Thanks. The black is my favorite too. I think I am going to use the black sometimes, and the white unprinted newspaper the rest of the time.
