I know normals are like not worhty compared to other pictures posted here, but i truly love this girl she's a sweety and i wanted to post some cute shots of her yesterday after eating She barely left her bowl to eat she just stretched out enough to eat.

Hi, nice pic. She sure is a cutie. BTW, what are your temps on your hot spot? Sometimes snakes bowl wrap when they are trying to get away from the heat. It helps them cool down.

Hey never think that about normals. Without beautiful normals we'd have no morphs at all. We have a lot of normals in our collection and every one of them is unique and beautiful in their own right.

You've a lovely snake there, one definitely to be very proud of. :)

Shes great, im proud of her, shes a beast eating, she ate a rat pup and still looked hungry.

Nope not too hot. She is probably just chillin' then.

Even though I have a pastel I still miss my baby normal that died early last month. It doesn't matter if you have an Albino, pastel, normal, and etc as long as you love your python is the main thing.

Yep, I like looking at normals just as much as the others...Nice!

She hasnt left her bowl in days, wrapped just like that, is there a point where its too much or if shes comfy i should just let her be?

Does she have hides or anything like that?

Yeah she has hides. She used them the first 2 days i had her just fine. now shes just all about her bowl.

maybe she feels safe near her water bowl. my advice would be put another one in there and see what happens.

In my experience, hanging out in the water bowls means:

a) mites
b) too large a meal and trying to relieve pressure
c) hides offered are too large and not secure feeling
b) the female is ovulating/gravid

If this is a new behavior for her, I'd check to see if any fit!

a) Shes nots soaking as theres no water in the bowl, i had to set up another water bowl. after having mites in my home before trust me i checked her over and over and over....none. and over..

b. her meal in my opinion was actually to msall, it was a rap pup but when i actually saw it next to her i realizd shes much thicker than.

c)she use to use the hides before just fine.

d) she was with a male for a day while i setup his tub. i had one set up for him but it was too small and while seting up an bigger tank and all that she spent the day with him in her enclosure, i never saw any tail locking though, but if it did happen what other signs woud there be?
