Sort of looks like the Highland Cattle of Scotland though I think their coats are much longer and their horns are set a bit flatter. Cute thing though!

Cattle(domestic breeds) are listed as "naturally polled" if they are born without horns. Most seem to have horns as a natural part of being born a cow. A lot of people dehorn them(called debudding) when they are babies, before the horns begin to grow, for safety of farmers and of the cattle(infighting).
It looks like either a scottish highland(perhaps a young one, or one in summer coat?) or a crossbreed(I don't keep up with all the newer breeds). I would not guess yak, as it doesn't appear to have the heavy forelock fall of coat over the head, and the scottish breed is known for the chestnut coloration.
Just guessing and adding to confusion is,
Wolfy, the fount of useless information.

awww how cute! If I was to get a cow I think I'd like to get a Miniature Texas Longhorn. I've always loved the longhorns, but this way it's in a smaller package. lol
