Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
Hi all well im gonna start breeding this year and now i need some help on what i should get for my males im looking at getting one male atm and at least one female which is in the makes atm maybe another one :) but those are norms and im looking for some co-dom males that relatively cheap (under $800 i think) money may change if i get this second job that is in the making atm and will mean more money on bps :) well from reading around i think i narrowed my decisions down to a mojave, or a pastel or a spider. though im always open for suggestions cause i know i seen every relatively low priced co-dom males out there so just click other on the poll and if you do so please tell me atleast what cause then ill have no idea what you want me to get as an "other" snake due to there are so many  thanks alot and i hope to get a good amount of feed back.
thanks alot everyone and remember your vote does count :) so vote or die! but no dieing either way lol
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
it really depends on the females but I love spiders I am going for a spider albino, and a bumblebee
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
Hi
I vote Spider..Because they are just insane..but it depends on the females you got (what sjsexotics says)
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
well w/we i get ill most likely be breeding normals too. but thanks all for the votes so far
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
I voted mojave becasue I like them and you can eventually make a blue eyed lucy.
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
yea i love the full white snakes but even just the eyes alone is worth it, whats the probability of getting a blue eye lucy if any knows the hatch rate to some degree
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
Mojave x Mojave breeding will produce a 25% chance of a Blue Eyed Lucy, 50% chance mojave, and 25% chance normal offspring.

thanks, what about mojave x normal?
i think its possible from seeing a few threads on here but then again i could be really wrong and theres my idiocy lol
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
Mojave is a co-dom so breeding to a normal (unless something really crazy happens genitcally (sp?)) would give you a possibility of 50/50 normals and mojos then you could wait and breed a mojo female back to dad to try and get BELs.
I voted spider though. It's just an awesome morph on its own (IMO) and it opens the door to so many other freakin sweet morphs!
Re: Need help on finding male morph breeders and picking
I'll state here what other breeders stated to me..."Get what you like to look at!!" Because you will be seeing them everyday and taking care of them for a long time.

yea i might just pick up a 07 mojo female in early 09 then and look for a 08 mojo male around the same time that will be breeder ready for the 09 season.

Hmmmm, seems to me like it might be easier (and cheaper) for you to just get an 07 or early 08 female mojo now and raise her up to breeding size then find a male the beginning of next year to have them both ready by the end of the year. Of course all that depends on how they are feeding and how quickly they grow for you.

I'll second that! I sit and stare for hours at the different patterns on my normals just as much as my morphs! lol

I agree, most people don't give up their close to breeder size morph females. If they do its at a premium price.
