Don't know if I can do anymore shows

Apparently little man missed me A LOT!!!!!

Since we got back from Daytona last Wednesday he's been all about daddy or papa..... He never liked to lay down to get his diaper chanced, he will run from Mom but will come and lay in front of me.

Mom cannot give him food or juice, papa has to.

Mom cannot brush his teeth or put bubbles in his bath, papa has to.

Mom cannot read him his book good night, papa has to.

I'm not sure if he's walked more than two steps in the last week without holding onto my finger.

Moms starting to get a bit jealous, but I'm loving it:D

And of course I'll be doing a ton more shows. I am going to miss Tampa this year as we just bought a new house up in Ohio and will be moving in this month.

Tell your wife from me that this is just practise for the day that he suddenly won't let her in the bathroom anymore, or kiss him in public and starts with the eyerolling "mooooooooooom" stuff. That's a heartbreaker but they have to grow up and away from us sometime. Enjoy him while he's so little, they grow up in the blink of an eye.

Very cute little boy, I have three kids (all under 6)and they call me at work about 10 times a day wondering when I am coming home, it is a great feeling.

Awwww Neil! He's just the handsome-est little boy!! You must be so proud! I can't believe I missed you entirely at Daytona! How did that happen??? Better not happen again! :evileye: Hopefully there will be many more shows together in the future!

I wish you all the best with that coming move. Cross-country moves are SUCH a pain the butt...but usually worth all the trouble in the end. :)

Your son is adorable! What a proud Pappa you must be. Enjoy him now because the time goes by so quickly.

Awwwww. I'm sure you eat that up! (I would too!) My kids are that way with me, and sometimes I just want to run and hide in a closet/bathroom (whichever is closest). But I keep reminding myself that my time with them goes by so quickly, and it won't be long until I'm more of an embarassment than a comfort. Enjoy it for as long as you can! He's absolutely adorable.

Also remind mom to run and take a bubble bath or take just a few moments for her own sanity. :yes:

Jeez, kids are needy! :) He is a cute one though. I am guessing with you getting younger every year, when he is 8 you will look exactly the same! Just kidding man...It's good to see kids that are loved with so many miserable stories of ones neglected and abused.

Larry, we have not sold the house in FL. I've got it rented out to deadbeats who have been late 3 of 4 months so far and are $600 behind on the untilites:mad:

It varies day by day. If he's playing and happy, having fun, its daddy. If its "no its mine, papa help" kinda day, its papa. I actually love me when he calls me that because of the way he says it, its just damn cute

Neil... I'm just learning how great fatherhood is, and we haven't even gotten to the point where he can say daddy... I'm going to melt, I'm pretty sure! Your son's a cutie!

Time goes by SO fast that its scary. Ethan will be 2 in December already...

I think this move back to Ohio was one of the best things we've ever done. Its really really nice to back around family and have littleman grow up knowing everyone.

kids are great like that... congrats on moving back to ohio.. i did a few jobs in hinkley area. its only a 30min drive from me. its really nice out there.. nice to know of a breeder thats close to me now:D

neil, you're so right... i just went back to college to get a bio masters. now i'm gone from 7am till 7pm everyday and everytime i get home my 2 year old is glued to me! cute kid.

You have no idea how deep of a hatered i have towards the steelers.... but i did marry a steelers fan.. and now two out of three of my kids are browns fans... lol... you will have to come down and tailgate at a browns game with me and my neighbors, they have 30+ at anygiven game:gj:

I about lost it the first time I heard that song myself, Judy. I still get weepy everytime I think of Mike holding young Michael for the first time. There's just something about a man's big hands cradling his newborn child that sends me running for a box of tissues. :tears:

I've done Tinley the last two years however this year I'll be attending but not vending. Somehow I forgot to get my tables early and Brain was sold out by the time that I had time to call:(
