Nice fire. Other than breeding him to all your female co-doms, do you have any plans for him?

I don't know what I want to do with him yet. I'll probably just wait and see how he looks as he ages until I decide what to breed him with.

Becky, could you give me some hints on how you tell one is a fire?

I mean geez, if someone asked me if that was a morph I'd probably say no. :[

They make some darned awesome crosses though!

He's an 08 and just hatched probably a few weeks ago. Fires are one of those morphs that hatch out pretty normal looking and then as they age, they get lighter and better looking.

Reminds me of my guy when I first got him. Hes should turn out looking somewhat like this.

They get a more Hypoish look as they grow.

A blushed head, pale yellow coloration instead of brown/orange, blushing, flames, and somewhat abberant "alien heads" - usually the "eyes" are in more of a jagged shape than nice smooth circles. They also have a clear belly and a light pink tongue.

Becky you can't go wrong with a fire. They simply make some cool combos and like yellowbellies they are underrated for being a cool looking snake on their own. I don't have a fire yet, but a friend of mine pick up an '07 fire male that is going to visit and spend some quality time with a few of my pastel females.:D I am keeping my fingers crossed that I get that fire next summer and hopefully a couple fireflys.:please:

As to what to breed your new guy to, well he will make pretty much anything better looking so good trying to figure that one out...LOL.

I have a new fire too Becky and I think they rock.
I love the fact that they get lighter as they age as opposed to most other BP's.
