Books that should be on every breeder's bookshelf?
I love to read, research, and learn about the animals in my care.
Can anyone recommend some herp books they think every BP breeder ought to have in their home?

We have both the VPI and Kevin's book and I'd recommend them highly. Not only informative but just wonderful books to curl up with (the photography is amazing - put on a drool bib LOL).
I haven't had a chance to see this one yet but I hear it's really nice.

I have Kevin's book, loved it! I ordered VPI's just before the Daytona get-together, so I hope that'll be here soon. Thanks for the recommendations. :)

The only ball book I own is Designer Morphs by John Berry and whatever that ball python book that came out in like 1980's - both of which were gifts. I like the morphs book but it's a bit outdated by now - I may have read the other way back when -- I'm sure it's pretty outdated by now as well.

I left the Baby Names book in the living room one day while I was at work... my poor dad when he saw it... hahaha!

I have Kevin McCurley's book and think that it's great. Someday I will get the VPI book. Any smaller book that I have purchased and I have purchased a good 10 of them (all used books online for a pittance) haven't had much useful information in them. You can't find the McCurley or VPI book used because nobody will part with them.
