Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????
the toffee ball is kewl, but I love their lava ball,. that just rocks. and the sandblast.. drool worthy. I know what I'll be saving up for one day!!

Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????
I love that look. There have been a few like that imported from Africa, but as far as I know, no one has been able to reproduce them yet. Urban Python created what are hopefully hets but it'll be nice when they finally produce some genuine CBB toffees

Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????
The U-Python guaranteed money back if any of their het-toffees don't prove out.
Especially considering the price tag of for 5,000 for a het-male and 15,000 for a het-female... :)
Bruce
If I am off on the price I am going from memory...
-
Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????
a beautiful morph indeed.
see the hets for sale? 15k a pair
-
Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????

You are right on the price Bruce. I am sure their money is safe. If you look at the hets, which are from 3 different Normal females -- they all look alike. Similar pattern, color, head and belly markings etc..
Based on the Toffee project, I am working a prioject in which the male coincidently produced 12.13 'visual hets" from three clutches. Like the Toffee clucthes, 3 Normal females produced babies that ALL look alike other than size. Thet are also getting LIGHTER with every shed. I am a "go for it guy", so I am going to make some more hets next season. I am going be really right:D or really wrong:(. We live once!!!!;)

I've seen pictures of both, and personally I don't believe that the toffee and the burgundy are the same mutation. Close, but not the same.

Haha, I've heard that before (I think Upythons believes it too), but I'm going to go with that they are the same, or at least on the same dealy-o like lessers and butters.

Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????
I would agree Connie... not an expert by any stretch. But I see a variance b/w the two morphs that is less than that b/w a high and low contrast `regular` albino.

Re: Anybody Seen This Morph?????
This guy on Kingsnake posted a pic of a bp that bores resemblance to the toffee. Turns out he proved it to be a lavendar albino. I also saw them at the Daytona show, they look just like the toffee ball.
