Couldn't wait any longer...day 53 cut the eggs

Day 53 and we had to cut....looks like 4 lemon pastels and 2 normals..

Very cool! Big congrats! But now you're in the same boat as me, open eggs at day 53, and you've gotta wait for them to crawl out to see them in the entirety!!! :D

Personaly i think they are not as bright as their father was when we first got him, but then again he was awesome.

I have heard that with pastels 5 to 8 sheds is crucial as they can change so much in that time.

I just hatched my second clutch and was expecting brighter as well... but we'll see.

Thanks bruce...yep laura is getting the hang of the D40 now...i didnt know that about tha 5or 6 sheds....will keep you all posted....holdbacks....are there anything other than holdbacks lol...deffinatly keeping a 1.1 of lemons and possibly the 0.2 normal females...i was expecting a couple more cluches than we got so ive room for a few.:D
