Look what I just got.

I just wanted to brag on my new boy. I am really excited about this guy. A lot of people talk smack about these guys but I think it's one of the best projects out there.

not every snake with a spot on the head is a fire, i have many snakes with markings like that and i know they are not fires...lol but i can tell you one thing thou its beautiful. and maybe het for something if I were to guess id say ummm :rolleyes: its a high gold normal but again could be a het

You nailed it. I was kinda surprised when I opened the box. I was expecting a normal looking ball. It's hard to believe they get lighter with age.

Fires are one of my top favs!! Good looking snake! Everyone should have one!:D

it wasn't the head that made me think that. I have a fire and something that seems consistent in them is that they have the kinda weird mottled, melty yellow color coming up from their bellies. You can see it on his side, somewhat nearish to the tail, as it's positioned by his head.

That's a beautiful specimen of a Fire! I can't wait till I get one.
