Welcome Back!

Hello Friends!

Everything is going pretty well...I think... :D

We hit a snag with the domain/dns/gobldeygoop that set us back a little bit...but it's all straightened out now and we're getting cozy on our new host.

My main focus right now is the Gallery. Since it is the bulk of the web site, uploading all of the images onto the server is quite a tedious and time consuming task. Some images may be missing for a few days, but we are quite aware of some gallery issues that may be occurring.

If you are still experiencing missing images in 48 hours, please let me know!

If you experience any bugs or any weirdness on the site, please post up so I can address the issue.

This has got to be the most adictive forum of all times. This was the longest day in the world without it!!!! JEESH!

No kidding. I was actually somewhat productive at work today :O

Well, it's not really "up" for me - I can get here through a back door Nate gave me, but if I try to come through http://www.ball-pythons.net I still get that progress page. And everything that uses an icon is a red X for me (reply, quote, reputation, etc) - so everything is layed out all "jumbly"

Could it have to do with the skin I'm using, Nate? Earthtastic, I think.

I get five red x's for my green dots too - how annoying!

Nope...I know exactly what the problem is and it's just one of those domain issues that a lot of people are still going to experience. The DNS has to propagate around the world before everyone can finally see the site...this is usually a 24-48 hour task. For most of you, it's done in 12 hours...others aren't so lucky...it's one of those things that are completely out of our control....it's just a waiting game.

I see that most of you got on last night at about 10:00 pm . I tried to get on unsuccessfully until 2:00am and then I went to bed. I had seen a post from Robin on another forum saying that it was back up and that you needed to clear your cookies & temporary stuff but that didn't work for me. I'm glad that it's back up now!
