Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...esePics001.jpg
Here are some pics of one of our 05 Pastel Ceylonese breeders. The picture above was taken last May, before she had her sudden, Pastel Change. Until her Pastel Change she looked just like any other ceylonese python. As did all the other 05 holdbacks that we still have.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...esePics011.jpg
This picture and the one below were taken just a few days ago, right after she had her sudden and very dramatic Pastel Change. These changes happen all at once and with a single shed. It's just simply INCREDIBLE, the drastic change they go through.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...esePics006.jpg
If you would like to see more before and after pics of this female or the other 05 siblings that have also recently gone through their Pastel Changes please let me know and I will post more. I have many many pictures of these truly amazing, one-of-a-kind Ceylonese Morphs.
Or just go to the Ceylonese Page on our website.
Enjoy! ;)

Those don't look like pure Ceylonese. Given your penchant for crossing species, I have no doubt it is not pure.
Is that a pure blooded animal? Can you show some eye and lip shots so scale counts can be done?

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
Hi Lilly,
Oh, no, she's certainly NOT for sale. I wouldn't sell her or any of her siblings for a million bucks. I am just showing pictures of one of our more amazing pets that also happens to be one of our breeders. I'm sorry if that post seemed otherwise.
So what do you think of her? Isn't she pretty?
Have a great day. :)

This statement does not surprise me. I was expecting you to come here and say pretty much exactly that, lol. I am not surprised that you would try to jump to that assumption in a vain attempt to criticize our animals and therefore to try to demean them in some way. Nice try.

Yes it is. All of our Ceylonese Pythons are 100% pure.

Yes, actually I will. Even though you won't honor my request in the other thread to produce just ONE victim.
Give me about 40 minutes to go over to the facility, take the shots, come back, upload them, place them on photobucket, and then post them here.
Though there is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that you will still find some way to still criticize the snake, the pictures, or me. or you'll claim it's a different snake. It won't be. It will be her.
Those that are only able to see bad are pretty much incurable I feel.

Yes Sir, I certainly will. That's all I want to do is to take part in good, wholesome posting, meeting other, good herpers, and sharing information, pics and knowledge. I keep getting attacked though.
I promise I will not attack back.

Yeah, no one will EVER fall for the passive/aggressive stuff you're attempting now. Will they.
One thing about you is always the same.
You make me laugh out loud when you try so hard to seem like the good guy you'll never EVER be.
Post away. I'll take the pics over to bobclarks forum, (are you still banned there?) and ask the experts what they think of the purity of your line.
I'm not a python expert by any means, but that one still doesn't look like the ones I used to have, the ones that were actually imported from what was then Ceylon.

No, I have an account there. Go ahead and take them there and ask the experts there. In fact, you can take any photos off of our website if you need them. I have no problem with that.

All ceylonese always look exactly the same? I don't think so. Almost every ceylonese I have ever seen from different bloodlines almost invariably looks very different. No two of any complex patterned species ever look even remotely identical.
Here are your pictures. I took an overview of the female and then three different angle shots of her head for better scale viewing. Have fun with them. :)

Hi Monty,
That's a great question and I'll tell you how I know this. The Sire, or father, of the 05 clutch went through his Pastel Change at 3 years of age, about 3 years ago. And he has never changed back. The change is permanent. We kept all of the 05 babies from that clutch the moment we saw the father change into a pastel beauty and we have been waiting 3 years for the offspring to change and now all but 2 have gone through this incredible change. Up until this point in time the "Pastel Ceylonese" was really just a theory, a sacred hope and I guess a real long-shot. I know there are a LOT of happy customers that bought them while they were still cheap and a lot of upset folks that passed on them, lol.
There is a more detailed account of the story behind these on our website on the Ceylonese Page. Here's the link:

Have a great day.

Hi Kenny,
Thanks for the compliments on the snakes. Much appreciated.
I see you have water dragons. I used to have a bunch of them and they were always one of my favorite reptiles. So smart and attentive and alert. I used to let my adults have the run of the snake room (back then, in the 70's, it was a snake room). They would come to their names to eat. I had one pair for over 20 years before losing them in a freak accident. A large burmese broke out of her cage and crushed them on their log perch above the window. I was SO heartbroken and it pains me still to this day.
Thanks for looking at our pictures.
Have a great day.

Is it just me or does every post sound like a used car salesman trying to get you to come see the fine cars he and no one else has for sale?
Having a tough time selling anything these days?
No, no of course you're not, in fact, you've said so. There are hundreds and hundreds of silent, invisable, to mentally challenged to make up their own minds (since you decided to take that decision away from them by NOT letting them know that, once again, your integrity is being shown for its lack), blind since they NEVER EVER see you being outed for the bad guy you are on every site I've ever seen you on, and yet independently wealthy since they can afford to do business with you at all.
I'm sure they're out there.
I'm sure.
LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
Couldn't hold it back any further.
Yeah, you've got hundreds and hundreds of satisfied rodent customers. I've never seen evidence of ONE satisfied reptile customer.

Hmmm funny that you have this posted on your site:
"Brand New 100% Proven Ceylonese Morph!!
Ceylonese Pythons, 100% Pure!.....Pastel Phase................$2,500 ea.
Ceylonese Pythons, 100% Pure. Half Pastel Phase..............$1,500 ea."

Hi Lilly,
I am a professional reptile breeder by trade, yes. But I am NOT advertising my snakes here. There is nothing wrong with posting pictures of our cherrished pets in these forums for others to enjoy. I never once posted a link to our price list or Available Animals Page. Only to the "Ceylonese Page". So that folks can read about this incredible and beautiful new Ceylonese Morph.
Besides, very expensive morphs like this are way out of most people's price range. If I was to try to push sales or stimulate purchases I would be posting pics of my Bolvian Boas, my Albino Het Granite Burmese, and a dozen other 200 to 500 dollar animals that we recently got litters/clutches of. there's a BUNCH of them and they would be what to push to the average herpers. Not very High-End, Super-Rare New Morphs.
No Lilly, I am not trying to sell my Pastel Ceylonese here. As a matter of fact, we are INCREDIBLY selective of just who could even get in on this new Ceylonese Morph. They are not available to the general public in the way that other, more mainstream morphs are.
Please be nice and stop looking for evil intent in me. I am a good person and am only looking to meet and interact with other good, positive herpers.
Please have a good day.

History of what? Grateful to Wes for what? Spreading lies about us? He calls us scammers yet can't produce a single victim when asked to prove his claims. He asked me to prove my Ceylonese as Pure and I immediately posted close up pictures of the face so he and his buddies could ascertain their purity.
So you're buying into the anti-High End Herps propaganda that is put out (ad-nausea) by NON-CUSTOMERS on fauna. Fine bud. Slander us too. Not everyone is stupid. 99% of everyone can read between their falsehood lies and see that it's all bs.
Once again, hours ago, I asked in another thread that Wes divulge/produce just ONE victim of our bad deeds. He referred to us as "Super Scammers of the Worst Sort". Yet can't produce a SINGLE victim of our scamming ways. He still hasn't come up with one person that we have supposedly wronged. Why is that? Why couldn't he produce just ONE victim of our bad ways? If we're so bad. No surprise there. Because there aren't any victims. Because we run an honest business and do only honest deals.
Please stop perpetuating these lies unless you too produce some form of actual PROOF. You people on his side are buying into lies that are being told about us by people that DON'T LIKE US. Don't be so naive and susceptible. Really.
Now please, keep it nice. The moderators really don't want this soap opera crap on this site.
Have a good day dsirkle.

Furthermore, I don't see N.E.R.D. getting accused of "fishing" when they post threads about their snakes, snakes that are for sale mind you, recent threads still visible in this forum such as:

However, I am not "fishing" for buyers. I only want to post some pics of my snakes. For crying out loud, why can't I just post in peace?

Nah, the burm was fine. Just laying there real fat and content on top of my water dragons. I couldn't hold it against her for being a strong-willed burm.

Okay this is getting rediculous. Let's leave NERD out of this. They don't need to fish for sales, and if they wanted to they are free to post any ads they like here. They are great people with great animals, and that is easily verifiable by many numerous happy customers.
I don't see those testimonials for your company, and there is definitely a cloud of uncertainty over you.
We do not allow these kinds of attacks here. Please feel free to post links to any fauna threads that are relevant, but let's behave like adults. If you don't trust this seller that's your perogative, but back up why and leave the bluster out of it.

David,
The staff is very aware of this thread and until now, have chosen not to step in.
Bottom line, we can't make members be nice to each other or even like you. There are several questions that you have yet to directly answer in the Fauna threads. Quite frankly, after reviewing the Fauna threads, we as staff have our own doubts about the truth of your identity. For example, the fact that you claim to be incorporated, and yet there's no record of your incorporation. This, and the fact that there are too many coincidences that suggest you are indeed Damon, calls into question this potential violation of our TOS:

Ball-pythons.net is NOT a sanctuary from members being allowed to question you about your questionable history that precedes you to our site. We've never been a sactuary, and hiding behind our "family friendly" reputation isn't going to shield you from probing questions.

NERD doesn't need ball-pythons.net to sell their animals. Furthermore, NERD has earned the respect of so many here, you thus far, have not.
You are welcome to continue to post as a member here, but the staff will not be preventing the membership from asking you questions that you've not directly answered elsewhere, as they are public record, and our membership may ask you questions about what is troubling inconsistencies.
We'd also like you to clear up the incorporation question with the staff, so that we can determine if you are indeed in violation of our TOS. You may scan and send a copy of your incorporation paperwork to any staff member by end of day Monday. You could also clear up the question of WHO you are at the same time, by sending over a copy of your current drivers license as well.

Some attacks seem to be allowed. I have been slandered non-stop and viciously attacked here. I have called a "Scammer" and a "Thief" and a "Swindler of the highest order" without a SHRED of proof given to back the charges.
Knowing Wes couldn't find a single person I have ever wronged I challenged him to produce JUST ONE person that I supposedly wronged. He couldn't. Is this really escaping everyone's attention?
He says I am a scammer, yet he can't prove it with even a single victim. Yet you still give HIM the benefit of doubt and not me. You still doubt me. Why? What have I ever done to you, or to anybody for that matter? Is this America still? I wonder. Last time I checked this country was still about "Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt"
What have I ever done wrong? And to whom? Please tell me so that I know where this "Cloud of doubt" stems from.

Can you, conversely, provide people you have "righted"?
He, in times past, asked for clarification of some basic facts - as we have done. I find it hard to understand the problem with proving your name and solving the mystery of where your company is registered.

Unlike you Wes will answer any question asked of him. You on the other hand refuse to answer any whatsoever across multiple forums - it is hardly the behaviour expected of someone trying to clear their name from an ill founded allegation.

Actually that is a good question and one that deserves an answer.
No, this is not America.
This is cyberspace and entirely different laws and rights apply.
To put it in the venacular your butt may be in America but your words are in international waters. :)
Don't take it to heart though - my butt is in Scotland yet my words and thoughts can see and interact with your own. It's a beautiful thing.

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
The cloud of doubt stems from a plethora of information over at Fauna, and your inability to clarify some pretty basic questions. You can't possibly be suprised that this information has followed you here, and it's only natural to want to be suspicious with so many alarms going off. We are giving you the opportunity to explain these discrepancies instead of outright banning.

I'm not "Hiding" behind anything. I am not seeking any form of "Sanctuary". Sanctuary from what?? lol. From irritating troublemakers? I don't think so. They don't bother me none. I came to what seemed like a friendly, unbiased forum to post pics and participate in threads about our pets. Our snakes. We are snake lovers and we own many nice snakes and we'd like to share them with fellow herpers. I guess I must have commited some form of crime in doing so because I am certainly being prosecuted by this site and some of its other fauna-like members.

I don't need your site to sell my snakes either. I only have about 60 or 70 snakes left from 08 clutches and they were all hatched or born within the last four weeks. We always sell out on everything we produce. Every year without exception. I don't need anyone's forum-based site to peddle my goods. I am NOT here to sell my stock. Period. I just wish to post, without being harrassed.

Oh, I see, I have to prove who I am by sending you a copy of my drivers license and also prove to you that we are incorporated by sending you a copy of our incorporation paperwork to you. Are you serious? Have you ever asked any other member to prove who they are? When Joe Shmoe posts a pic of their snake and says "Hi guys, here's a pic of my albino burmese python" do you make him or her prove who they are? Do you require them to send in copies of their licenses? Why not? They could be an imposter! NO! Just me. Why just me guys??
Again, this is clearly a case of "Selective Persecution". This place is no better than faunaclassifieds.com. Really, it's no different here.
Teach me to give any place or people the benefit of doubt.

-
Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
Hi,
If Joe Shmoe had an 84 page thread on fauna about whether that was indeed his name then yes, yes we would. Because, as pointed out earlier, that would be a violation of our rules should they, in fact, be someone other than they claimed.
And yes we have asked quite a few members in the past who they were - we did it then, as we do it now, to make sure they are not breaking our rules.
Now the most common reason we do that is because of people with multiple accounts - and for each and every one of those accounts they read the rules saying that multiple accounts are not allowed.
You may notice a common thread in my post - abiding by the rules. I have to do it, everyone else on the site has to do it. If there is a suspicion you are not doing it then we will ask you about it.

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
So,... Wes,....
Anything to say about the Ceylonese Pictures I posted for you earlier? Have you been able to ascertain that the ceylonese is in fact, pure?
Also, I asked you to provide just ONE victim of our supposed scamming ways. Have you come up with anything? Anything at all?
I didn't think so.
Have a great day. :D

Sweet! If I was you I would deal with that. You have his name and number, etc. I read fauna, thats all the proof I need.

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
I will say I believe your Pimburas probably are pure. Or they are atleast as pure as Bob Clark's line of pimburas that Damon bought back in 02 as babies. I've had pimburas from bob and they did look very similar to yours.
I will also say I feel bad for who ever buys into your pastel scam at 1,500-2,500 for a pimbura....ouch!

None exist anywhere.

Why are they not accused of "fishing" for customers?
Maybe because I don't post under a business name with my website & phone number plastered all over my signature????
And because my purpose for being here is to enjoy snakes more & to help others enjoy theirs, and has been for several years?
Just a thought. I have nothing to do with any of your issues here - please don't drag me into them.

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
Kara, you don't need to explain anything to him. WE (as a BP.net whole family) know why you are here and we know you have a true passion in the the herp world. Don't know how many people (if any) could say that about him.

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
I must say pastel or not those are pretty pythons.

Re: Pastel Ceylonese Pythons
I must say, I read this whole thread and someone has yet to say first hand that they were scammed by this dude.
This means that I will not judge him by what was said in here.
Nice snakes BTW. :gj:

The picture in one of his earlier threads (long time ago) of a morbidly obese burm in a enclosure that was way too small, turned me off before I ever even herd he was a scammer.

Anyone that buys into what this guy is saying is being scammed.
1) He isn't a big breeder like he claims.
2) He doesn't have a closed colony. Aside from his own statements that contradict each other it was proven when Dan (the guy defending David on fauna) dropped his snakes off at Highend herp's place and David showed him what was suppose to be his "quarantine room". Well in that room he had babies, big snakes, and all his "highend" snakes that he him self hatched out were in there too. Including his so called one of a kind albino rock/burm het lab that he had up for a 100,000 on kingsnake as a baby.
3) It is also very obvious alot of the people on his "feed back" page are not real and is just him praising him self. When Bob Clark wouldn't take a post off the forums that was slamming "David" the next day on highendherps site a message was posted in HEH's feed back slamming Bob's animals and service.
4) He claimed to sell only babies he produces from his closed colony. Ask Jim Mason about that. Not only did highend herps try to sell Jim's snakes as his own, then claimed Jim's snakes were defective, and wanted his money back on many of them even though he kept some of those same "defective" snakes up for sale on kingsnake.
5) He doctors pictures to the point of making something look like a new morph. Just ask him how his lavender albino granite project is coming along. Last I heard it was just getting darker and darker.
6) Hasn't been around for as long as he claims. Not as HEH anyway.
7) Then last, he isn't even who he claims to be!!!!
That is about all I can think of off the top of my head, although there certainly is much more. If anyone buys into the above list and buys an animalfrom highend herps because of it, then they are being scammed. Really doesn't matter if they come forward or not. If he actually had a fraction of the customers he claims to have had then there would be several people coming forward. If you noticed on the BOI there really weren't any satisfied customers that came forward either. If he had anything close to what he claims to have his customers would have poured on to the BOI to defend him.
