momma! i been snake bit!!!!!

well it has happened. i just got pwned by fattie lumpkin. she is my senen pound nearly five foot female. sorry for the bad pic quality, this happened like three minutes ago and I am shaking from shock and excitement. By the way. fattie is okay and now eating din din.

It looks like she really nailed you. Was this during feeding? I have been tagged a *few* times and never had that much blood.

She did REALLY nail me. She got my thumb, index and middle fingers all in one go. it was during feeding, and was my fault. I had the rat in the tongs at a safe angle and then shifted my weight( I was sitting and she likes to stare at them a while) and i moved the rat into a direct line with my hand and she missed. Or she went for me just because I was hotter. We were both feeling very "WTF!!!??" for a second.

I can hear it now, someone else says "oh wow..here's a paper towel" and you jerk your hand away and scream "NO! I have to take pictures first!" And we KNOW you didn't squeeze a little to up the blood flow (just to wash away any possible germs, for sanitary reasons only, of course) before you snapped that pic. : )

HAHAHA. I was actually alone. I may have squeezed out some of the blood when i grabbed my hand to inspect, but it was not much and not on purpose. there was blood before she even let go. This is because I made the rookie mistake of yanking back the slightest it before I really knew what was happening.:no:

Hey that's how I bled but did not get decent pix because my camera battery was dead. Which was a bummer.... I think it depends on where they get you. Fingers have a lot of blood vessels.
