Update on new female...

My first attempt at feeding her in my care. Tonights menu, FT small rats.:D

She ended up downing that, and looking for more, so I offered her a second that she eagerly took!

I was overwhelmed by the positive response this girl got, so I thought I better update everyone! And I'm glad the seller of her was right about being a FT feeder. She's gonna be HUGE for this upcoming breeding season.:D

Yep, they aren't great pictures, I feed with the lighting subdued in the room...which makes decent pictures hell! Thanks again Tyree!

Thanks Kevin! It is definitely nice, the few holdouts I have left that don't feed on FT are 3 girls that are 1200 grams- 2000 grams. I think they were set in their ways eating live for so long.

Not too sure about lessers, IMO darker normals make better looking lessers, because the light adults make lessers that grey out/lighten up.

She'd make what I imagine to be reduced light gold spiders.

And lessers, I imagine the blushing and tan tones on the spider would be LIGHT, my lesser male is all blushed out, I can only imagine how light they would be. I think they'd be amazing. Lighter lessers, whiter lucy?
