I have to ask then... would a SuperPastel Bel be sufficient to lose that bit of "dirt" on the face of the BEL? Producing an even cleaner BEL?

    Re: Super Pastel Mojaves
Thanks for the compliments everyone! I will update photos once they hit around 100 grams!
    Jerhart and Muddoc,
This was from Pastel Crystal X Pastel Mojave pairing... I ended up with 2.1 Super Pastel Mojave (1.0 is a 26 gram runt), 1.0 Blackbacked Fancy Mojave (formerly known as Special Mojave) and a pair of twins in the egg... One Pastel Mojave crawled out and died at anywhere between 2 and 10 grams, leaving a dead Pastel Crystal or maybe even a Super Pastel Crystal in the egg... Defintiley sucked!!!! Along with the fact that I did not hit on any Super Mojaves, Pastel or Super Pastel "Specials", etc...
    Albey,
I dont think I will be going to Daytona this year... I might buy a house and if I do, it will require endless amounts of work! Next year for sure and I possibly might go to Chicago! Anyone trade roofs for balls?:D

    Re: Super Pastel Mojaves
Ok, if you ignore the pastel side of the equation for now this was from crystal X Mojave, right?

Oh wait a minute. I thought this proved something that they weren’t all super Mojave or crystal but now I'm remembering the Mojave mom has a normal version of the gene. So it's still possible that Mojave and special are alleles as no normals where produced. This clutch doesn't prove or disprove that theory. The fancy Mojave’s have always been a problem to explain though. Any chance they are just really nice looking Mojave’s?

    Thanks again!
    Randy,
There is a chance that the "Fancy Mojaves" are just a different looking Mojave...
As for the theories of how they are produced... How does the Super Crystal play into your theories?
