Just a quick update... I'm down a whopping 130+ pounds now and happy to still be releasing more. Most of all... I'm doing great.

Just wanted to update all my friends here... I know I don't post often... but once I get my snakes from Adam... I promise to be around more!!!

yes we planted the garden. it's very 'organic' and 'natural'. it was waaaaaaay nicer before we got the dogs LOL they've pretty much destroyed so much of it. but hey... nature pushes it's way through!

just redid the pond. 4.5 ft deep... 12 ft long and 6 ft across. soooooooo nice! i'm standing in front of it.

It's something about the background, and you just seem to fit with all the peace and serenity. It's exactly where I'd picture you living.

As for you coming over, you're more than welcome. Of course I may decide to keep you forever though, so it's come at your own risk. ;)

oh i looooooove my yard. i spend so much time blissing out... meditating and relaxing. we have friends over and just laugh like crazy back there. you feel soooo secluded since the cedars are over 30 ft now. total privacy. you could be naked and no one would ever know.

and i'm packing now... if you keep me... can i bring my pets? :giggle:

Ben, I eat man... boy do I eat! No skimping here so don't worry about me. Although I'm not eating right now... doing a fast to assist me to deal with my best friend's suicide on the weekend. *I'm doing okay though so no worries... lots of support around me*

To the others who asked... I eat a raw vegan diet. So... anything that grows out of the ground and isn't processed... I eat. nuts, seeds, veggies and fruits. I make lasagne, tacos, pizza, cookies, cakes, fudge... yup even brownies! all with nuts and seeds... it's really amazing how much weight just slips off your body. I honestly haven't worked for it much... just a gift from my body for feeding it so healthy. (and existing in such a great faerie yard too I bet!)

If you are interested in knowing more about raw foods... we have lots of info on my magazine!

And thank you all for the wonderful comments, what a GREAT thing to wake up to!

I love that feeling of privacy! After growing up in an apartment, and always living in big cities, I find country life suits me VERY well.

IF...if???? If I keep you?!?! Of course you can bring your pets. Tigerlily is a must, and you can pick your snakes up on your way down. ;)

oh that would be very cool!!! (picking up my snakes... hence meeting adam on the way)

Congrats on losing 130 lbs. That's quite an accomplishment. I lost about 80 lbs and felt like a new man. I also had lasik eye surgery and between the weight loss and losing the eyeglasses many people that haven't seen me for a while don't recognize me. I Know how good that it feels to lose that much weight. Keep up the good work!
