VPI Axanthic x YB het Hypo

This VPI Axanthic female is only 2 years old and laid 9 eggs!!! She was bred by a Yellow Belly 100% het Hypo.

I got her from Sharp...The het female that made her is huge...Sharp raised up an Axanthic from her a few years back that had 9 eggs her first clutch too.

Has anyone done the Double het to double het breeding of a axanthic x hypo yet? If so, whats the results?

I think muddoc has a clutch cooking.

TSK has hit on one.. they appear to be the first to have hatched one... really cool animal too!

I need bunches of YB females so I can shoot for a YB Pastel Axanthic!

They were just laid.

I weighed the Axanthic female before she ate her first meal after laying...She was 1,000 grams.

First one out is a male Yellow Belly 100% het VPI Axanthic 50% het Hypo.

Wow I can't wait to join you on that project. I just bought an 08 VPI axanthic female so I'm years away. One day. I'm hoping you can help me reach that goal sooner than later. LOL

Second one is out and it's a Female Yellow Belly....

Looks like I ended up with 2.3 Yellow Bellies 100% het Axanthic 50% het Hypo and 1.3 100% het Axanthic 50% het Hypo.

I'm stoked I got all these females!!!
