I just have to make a thread about my experience with this company.

I have never dealt with a company that is SOOO easy to contact. I have gotten answers for all of my question on the same day, most of the time within an hour. The couple of things I have gotten so far were packed well well constructed.

I am expecting a pile of stuff from them including a rack and a Helix system, and will update this with pictures and such then .. but so far I have nothing bad to say about them .. at all.

I love rbi.
Rich does a wonderful job and has done everything perfectly for me. Even though we've had some issues, it's all been worked out great. :]

I continue to buy flexwatt and stuff from him.
And I will for a long while. ;]

And you won't! Rich is a stand up guy! 100% he will return ever email and you'll wake up to the UPS man banging at the door with a box full of RBI stuff!

My last 7 rack orders have been from Rich. He knows a thing or two when it comes to what's important when running a business. Great service and products; I'm actually waiting on my last order to arrive, and I have no doubts it will show up very soon.

It depends really.
I've had orders come in 2-3 days.
I've had some come in about a week and a half.
Because it's standard shipping, he doesn't have much control over what goes on after he ships it out.. My dad works for the gov. post office and has told me that it really depends on if it's shipped over a holiday or a weekend, when it's shipped, and how busy the line is. :]

Usually its in less than a week, for me anyway. Bigger packages I would assume take longer.

Rich is a great guy and one of the best businessmen in the reptile hobby. I consider him a friend and my go to source for anything he sells that I need!

Also i think it depends on what time of year it is! I think Rich gets real busy around this time of year. He still answers every email, and he'll be straight up with you. If he can't get it out until a certain time he will tell you.

He always returns my emails either the day of or the next. Great guy to deal with. I will defnitly be getting things from him when I am ready :gj:.

New Rack is IN! I will post pictures later tonight, but thought I would do a quick review.

I am impressed .. wow. It is a great rack. I bought 4 tub, "Sweater box" tub and it is nice. I am loving the solid construction, and it looks like they took a lot of time to get the design and the quality right. The ONLY thing I have to complain about is that UPS didn't take very good care of it, and there is a spot where it must have been dropped hard and the top edge took a beating. It in no way makes the rack anyless usable, but still kind sad to see.

Anyway, after I finally get the Helix where I want it, and the temp all regulated out I think it will be a kickass, long lasting product. A+ from me!

Yeah, UPS really beats up his products and Rich packs his racks and cages really, really well. When some of mine came to the door I asked the UPS guy if they had dropped kicked the box all the way from the east coast :weirdface

Rich's product lines can't be beat. I own lots of his racks and cages and am now in love with his radiant heat panels. They are great!!! :gj:

Can only add to the recommendations. We have 11 racks (CB70's, Sweater boxes, and Shoe box racks) from RBI and bought numerous suppplies from them. Rich is highly recommended and for good reason. He stands behind his product, communicates quickly, and is a stand up person...

Glad to hear you're enjoying your RBI racks. We love ours. Do let Rich know though about the damage. Any good supplier always needs to know how his shipping company is treating the product he puts some much of his hard work into.
