an '08 lemon pastel male from Brad Chambers. He just arrived today and straight out of the box was showing some major 'tude. So here he is in all of is 74g toughness. :D

thanx Melanie. lol he was so funny showing his attitude too. The shot where I picked up his tail to show his belly, he kept his head in the s-curve and even hissed a bit. then as soon as I let go of him he tried to tag me. goofy little guy. now I gotta think of a name for him.

me too. But its all good. I'm sure he'll calm down eventually. I can't get over how small he is compared to my other bp's. they all seem gigantic compared to him, and I thought they were small when i got them :rolleye2:

He's gorgeous! Ive noticed a lot of babes are fiesty little critters - until they learn the ways of the world lol.

Looks like he may be going into shed...belly looks pink, which may explain the 'tude...=D

thanx everyone. I checked on him today and gently flipped him to check his belly and didn't see any pink. wonder if that was a reflection from something nearby? we'll certainly know soon enough if he's going into shed. But I'll be good and leave him alone for his settling in period (gosh its gonna be tough, he's so cute!) I'm sure with plenty of holding he'll calm down and figure out that he's not going to be harmed or eaten. :D

I want another one...just as cute as he is!

FYI - did anybody else have a threat alert when opening this thread or is it just my virus protection?

Thanx Tanya. talk to brad chambers thats where I got him from. What? a Virus threat? can't be, my comp scans for viruses daily! I'm gonna check my comp again.

well, just an update on the new guy. I received him on July 9, and on Friday, July 11 was normal feeding day for everyone else. So off to the store to get everyone food. Much to my surprise, but obvious delight, my pastel decided that eating was a good thing. and as was pointed out by Cassandra, he is going into shed, cause when I checked his belly this morning it was a dark pink. And I am such a dunce, I only just realized that he is also my first visible morph. :rolleye2: :giggle: silly me, was so excited in getting him.
