Trouble At Work
So today at work im goin about my business and this guy comes in with a pretty nice r/c car and is tellin me how the wheel was wobbling really bad when he took it out of the box soo i looked at it and i could see that he had obviously crashed it because the wheel and stuff attached to it was obviously bent. So i told him VERY politely what i thought then he started yelling on and on about how he didnt crash it soo i said ill go get my manager which i did and he said the exact same thing and then he got really pissed and wwas sayin how hes all gangster and how hes a real "derogatory term". And we are like dude calm down then he SPITS on my manager!!!!!!! So now were like get out and dont come back but of course he wouldnt and kept getting in our face so we call the cops and before they get there he threatened to shoot my manager and wether he had a gun or not you DONT SAY THAT. So the cops got there and he is not allowed to come within 100 feet of our store....So basically i've had a long day.lol:taz:

Re: Trouble At Work
dude...people are NUTS!
100 feet won't keep some people away...it may only piss him off even more and push him over the edge to where he might do something. be careful. he's all gangksta n' stuff yo. :weirdface

Re: Trouble At Work
You would think that threatening to shoot somebody and spitting on them would be enough to get him locked up for a couple of days and fined.

Re: Trouble At Work
Since when do bullets fail at 99.9999999 feet? :O
It doesn't matter how nicely you call someone a liar they're still going to react to it. Especially when they are a liar and you've called them on it.

Re: Trouble At Work
I have noticed that people are pretty angry and frustrated in our society. Now, before I get slammed for an over-generalization, let me just say that this is an over-generalization ;) But, it IS what I have noticed.
I do not take lightly threats from others (not like I'm ever threatened all that much) but I don't have a lot of confidence in the thought processes of many others.
Please take care and be observant as you go about your day...

Re: Trouble At Work
I had a guy one time call me up and tell me if I didn't get his internet fixed he was going to come and shoot my dog. The funny part was that he wasn't even our customer, he lived in TX and I live over a thousand miles away in MN and at the time I didn't even have a dog. I just laughed at him. Some people just are not very tightly wrapped.

Re: Trouble At Work
I got spit in the face, the day I moved into my house.
Needless to say, I chased the little mexican down til he ran inside some house.

Re: Trouble At Work
man you should have thrown a snake at him J/K
people really suck these days thats why I love my animals so much

Re: Trouble At Work
Spitting on someone is assault. Your manager should ask about having him charged right away. Threats like he made about the gun, also should be charged.
Sorry to hear you had to deal with such a weirdo. Be safe.

Re: Trouble At Work
thanks you guys glad to hear that im not the only one who has to deal with crazy people lol

Re: Trouble At Work
I was a fast food manager many years ago and dealt with some wacked people. Thank your lucky stars it wasn't worse and pray to God that it doesn't get worse!
I too think he should have been arrested for the spitting!

Re: Trouble At Work
Wow, that sounds like a really rough day. My husband deals with this all the time (well, minus the being spit on). He helps run a towing company and drives a roll back. He deals with customers that are severely angry at having their cars towed and stuff by the police all the time. There are some real crazies out there, and my husband has some stories!! Although it is good that they don't do a whole lot of repossessions, now those are some angry people!!
But definitely be careful!! You never know what people will do nowadays. Such a shame really...... Although I would have looked into filing charges as well.

Sorry for being a pita about this, but why the italics and bolding around Mexican? What exactly are you getting at here...
