on the police inventory, i liked how his 'snake of choice' was Ball Pythons.

I recognize that name...

He had been posting animals for sale these past couple of months on Kingsnake...

It would be nice if the reporter spelled his first name correctly.
But I guess since he wrote they were pythons and not boas like most reporters do, that's a plus.:D

What do the police do with all those Hot snakes that they confiscate, like the rattlesnakes and cobras? I hope they dont kill them...

Honestly I think it would have been a much better story if they would have found him at the hospital being treated for a rattlesnake bite... If he was bit by one of the cobras he probably wouldnt have made it to the hospital...

I just read an article about an officer that found 3 hot snakes at an apartment he was called to for a domestic dispute - and they were all destroyed, I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same in this case

It depends on the state and local laws. Depending on state regulations you may need to get a permit in order to keep one.

For example, to own hots in IL you must have a permit. I would imagine getting a permit here is pretty hard to get for hots.

I am not positive but I think thats the guy who helped me when i got my pastel from them. Crazy. I seem to recognize his name. Glad he was caught I dont care for prehistoric pets but a crime is a crime.
