    Um, good luck getting one.

    A few years ago, the USDA decided to really crack down on a law against exotic mantids imposed in the 70's. Exotic mantids (such as orchid mantids) cannot be legally imported.

    And they both breed Orchids :D I'm working out a photography for animal trade, Connie, so I'll see if I can get you some :D The lady from Mantisplace lives very close to me!

    they eat anything. crickets, waxworms. I have whats called a Chinese Mantis. They are common in the US, as well as the European Manis.
