Lakers vs. Celtics

So as you may know the celtics are leading 2-0 in the finals.

I cant believe the lakers came back to 4 points down from like 24?

Im pullin for the lakers, i love to watch kobe play, he is the closest thing to Jordan since well, Jordan.

Lakers or Celtics, dont matter to much to me, Its great to see the two dynasties in the finals again.

I live in So cal but i cant stand Kobe, I have never liked him. I cant wait to see the Celtics Kill his dream of winning this season.

I am a HUGE KU fan...see my signature :bow: :salute: And Paul Pierce was one great Jayhawk but....

...born in SoCal...Ive always been a Lakers fan. :salute: I don't care what Kobe does off the court...but on the court...he is the best, hands down...

...being said, Lakers have a tough road ahead of them...they had a chance of finishing the series at home, but now they HAVE to win-out at home to have a chance back in Boston.

Yeah it was cool to watch. Not saying 81 pts isnt impressive. Kobes my fav. player in the league and all.

But Chamberlain has something like 30 games where he scored over 60 points. Now that is impressive. I picture him playing just like Kobe but with players of ALOT less caliber than he. Kinda like watchin the pro-bowl team take on a varsity highschool team.

lakers might win a couple but theyre not good enough to beat the celtics in the series. celtics will win 4-2 or 4-1 series. celtics are sucking tonight and the game is still in grasp. sorry LA fans but your just gonna have to face it :D

i didnt speak too soon. i said the series was gonna go 4-1 or 4-2 celtics. the way the celts played tonight they should have been blown out, but since the lakers only have KB that can step up, closing a game is gonna be impossible for the lakers at celts home

smashed isnt even the word. more like embarrassed. celts deserved it. congrats boston.

Some of the post-game show people were saying that this season shows that basketball is heading away from "one man shows" like with MJ and Kobe Bryant, and more towards all around team play. Paul Pierce deserves this more than anyone, my dad said he has been with the Celts for years and years while they were an awful team, and it finally paid off. What a game. Celtics were really playing like all stars.

thats true paul has been wit the celts for a while now and deserves it. KG and ray are vets too tho so Im really glad they did what they did. there is just too much talent in the NBA now for it to be a one man show. back in MJ's day there werent players like kobe, AI, Carmelo, labron, KG.... the list goes on. i would love to see MJ play now. it would be so amazing cuz he might actually have some competition. MJ would still be the man tho no one has even gotten close to his caliber yet

Boston deserves it. They were #1 all year for a reason. Not a huge Paul Pierce or Ray fan but it was awesome to hear about them winning it (was working) Congrats to Boston!

yeah, they embarrassed the lakers badly. I was out at a bar for the game, and people were going nuts. Also ALL night it was raucous as hell, with people lighting fireworks, honking horns, and just generally yelling. Boston was pretty insane last night.

I agree, Boston was so loud last night. I live in the Brigham Circle / Mission Hill area (no where near the Garden) and it took me forever to fall asleep because of all the honking and yelling. A couple of my friends were downtown and they said it was nuts. Not as crazy as the Sox in 04 but still crazy.

after the trade happen i was wishing i lived in boston my whole life cuz of how bad they are owning sports. it would be a blast.
