Best excuse ever to go out and buy more snakes!

I purchased a chest freezer for my frozen rodents since it grossed out my wife to have them right next to her favorite ice cream.

To her ice cream is very important.

There is however 1 problem! I honestly didn't think the chest freezer I bought was so big and I only have 2 snakes! I mean look how much room I have in there!

To rememdy the situation I believe I should buy more snakes so I can fill up my new freezer with more rats. It all makes perfect sense to me.

Don't you all agree?

Thats the most sound and concrete bit of logic I have ever followed.

Indeed, I think you need to find some more snakes as soon as possible! We'll fix this problem in no time. You'll soon be able to enjoy a full chest freezer, up to the brim in rats.

I'm suggesting you'll need at least 10 more snakes. Or 5 adult bloods and boas.

1 adult retic may be able to fill it up with XXXL rats.... hmm... yes... :gj:

As long as we are all helping in your choices for purchasing snakes, while I agree with bloods (go to Kara at NERD) I also forlornly notice that Connie's suggestion for boas has been totally overlooked.

Boas rock and in my humble opinion every home with snakes in it ought to include at least one boa. They are beautiful and curious creatures! Might I suggest looking at jimisnakes.com for beautiful morphs and perhaps theboastore.com for beautiful normals from Sharon Moore.

Remember to include pictures of your new snakes and your gloriously stocked chest freezer.

Did you know it takes less energy to keep the freezer cold when it is filled with stuff??

Yup I went with the mouse factory. Rodent pro really ticked me off when I got my rats and the bags were full of rat poo. I'm not sure if that was suppose to be a free bonus for being the 100th customer that day or if they felt I was in short supply of poo but they suffered my wrath for their incompetence!

And here's another reason: With more snakes, you can buy more rodents in bulk which is cheaper than buying less, which saves you MORE money!! Uhh, I think that works, anyways! :D

My freezer is PACKED for the 12 snakes I have now (jumbos take up all the room!) Luckily we have 3 freezers in this house so I got to take over the largest one, and once I move out my mom said she would buy me a big chest freezer for my house warming gift :)

This is also good because I have about 10 dead arachnid buddies I can't seem to part with in a freezer here, I wouldn't want someone to come over and be looking for food and finding a big frozen tarantula or millipede!

you freeze your Ts? i don't... i have them sitting on my alter. :P people come here and find a big hairy T sitting there staring back at them! LOL

Nah, I have enough snakes, I just didn't buy enough medium rats the last time I was at the show :P

And if all goes well....I will be hatching baby snakes in a few months.

Now see there Earl, Schlyne has a well packed freezer. You MUST get more snakes because yours is just not running efficiently when it's mostly empty like that! How un-green of you to waste electricity that way. For shame, for shame!

You must deal with this with the immediate purchase of at the very least a few snakes (few is a lovely word...sort of non-committal to the exact number of new snakes you can manage to sneak in :D).

Well I had a big shelf of them in my room back when I had tons of them, NO ONE would ever go in my room! I just couldn't throw away or bury the ones that died so in the freezer they went (the millipede still stinks if you open the tub its in)! I think that some of them have been in there long enough that if I were to remove the contents of their abdomens they would be fine for display, but I'm a lazy girl.

:D i just let mine dry out naturally... seemed to work for me for some reason... cause really they should have rotted LOL
