Re: Grace?
I believe *********** got her. I had the opportunity to see grace in person prior ship out and Tim did a fantastic job on that animal.

Re: Grace?
For those that are wondering (i.e. martyb) and any others, Grace is still residing with me at the moment. She hasn't left for her new home YET. She is doing great and weighs in at about 500 grams. She has missed her last 3 meals, so she may be slowing down on the growth spurt. Her scar is now about 3 inches long (due to her growth), but it is nearly invisible now. I would guess that in the next 6 months, the scar may be gone. I think that the internal lining may not have completely closed back up, as I can see her heart beat if I flip her over and look at her belly. I have been horrible with pictures lately, as I have been extremely busy, but I will try to get some up before the weekend. I am also in the process of building a page for Grace on our website. I will post links to it once it is finished.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better baby, as she may be one of the sweetest Ball Pythons we have ever hatched.

Re: Grace?
Marty,
As promised, here are some updated pics of Grace. She weighs in at 504.5 grams today, and is doing great. I mentioned that she had missed some meals, and I thought she may be slowing down, but she proved me wrong and ate this week.
In the pic of her scar, I put my lens cover from the camera for size comparison, and it is 2" in diameter. The scar is the browenish line in the center of her belly. It appears to be about 4" long.

She looks so wonderful Tim! What a beautful job you and Monica are doing with her. :)

Re: Grace?
Thanks Aaron and Jo. She has been a pleasure to work with. She really gives me the energy I need to keep on when it gets tiring in the snake room.

Re: Grace?
I'm so glad to hear that Grace is coming along so beautifully! She's a lovely girl and whomever her new family is going to be, they are very lucky people. Awesome job Tim and Monica, and awesome job to Grace for holding on and beating the odds!

Re: Grace?
Maybe I missed it but how did Grace get into a situation where she needed to be stitched up?
Very clean looking scar I must say:gj: These little creatures sure to have some strong physical attributes when it comes to healing. Think if I get another male BP then I'll have to call him 'Wolverine':taz:

Re: Grace?
Thank for the updated pic and that scar is coming along nicely.
looks like you could have been a surgeon.
i cant belive how much shee has grown.
who says balls are picky eaters, i would have been picky about eating if i had my chest sewn back together.
it just shows how good a keeper you are.

Re: Grace?
Thanks Marty. I don't know about the surgeon part though.
