Looking to buy a morph

alright guys, so tomorrow I'm going to set up a new tub and start looking for another snake for my collection. i want to get a morph but i don't have a thousand dollars to spend. so my question is where do y'all recommend me to look for a affordable morph. and what are the cheaper morphs, i know pastels aren't crazy expensive. thanks guys

It is important to get what you like...

First and foremost.

A lot of morphs are within a decent price range, so therefore will give you a lot of choices.

First ones that pop out at me are:

Spiders
Mojaves
Pastels
Cinnamons/Black Pastels
Most Hets for recessive traits

You need to do some soul searching before asking people what THEY think YOU should get.

yeah. i would love a mojave, spider or pastel. any of the three would make my day. are there any local breeders here in atlanta?

Are you asking if people buy of Kingsnake or if there are any available on Kingsnake?

I'd say a pastel!( males about $150 females about $250) because then down the road you can get another pastel and eventually makes supers!:D pastels are very cheap compare to the others... and super pastels rock :headbang: LOL good luck!:)

Not all of the people that sell on that site are reputable.

If you want black pastel talk to Heather (LadyOhh on this forum)
If you want lemon pastel talk to NERD (KLG on this forum or google NERD)
If you want a spider, I got mine from 8Ball (on this site and his name is Adam) and it is a sweet spider!!!
Those are my recommendations. You dont need local cause the breeders will all send pictures and/or choose for you. I would trust ANY of the aforementioned breeders to choose for me and have trusted some of them to do just that- with stunning results!!

I would love to find a female het piebald that is affordable... I have been writing breeders. I also am crazy for these bumble bee ones... wow so many stunning ball pythons, so little time.

you could get all 3 of those and make some super cool snakes. thats what I am working towards. I just had to figure out what I wanted to get first. I am gonna go with a mojo.
