Re: This photo says it all..
:)
Mom: Normal female from unknown origins (she was a rescue case awhile back.) I had a clutch from her last year, but it died off due to an incubator (stupid hovabator) that cooked them after a power outage. She's the only female that I had not bred to my Spider this year. I want to see what's going on with the sire.. if anything..
Dad: Wild-type male with full dorsal stripe and clean belly. Named Ted Nugent :)
I consider him an LTC of unknown origins as well, as the friend of mine that owned him, had him for 8 years without breeding him.. got him from some pet store.

Re: This photo says it all..
Some more info :( My female Had to pick today to lay.. why? Tomorrow is our town's scheduled 4-hour power outage for maintenance. I am sure glad that my incubator has a bunch of pop bottles to store heat for that time! If need be, I can fire up the natural-gas heater for that timeframe, but we'll see how the thermometer goes..

Thanks; I am so stoked about this! Even if none of the babies are stripey, I plan on holding back the females to breed back. Whatever comes out, it'll be awesome.
Re: This photo says it all..
congrats and good luck tomorrow.. i hope that power outage doesnt give you any problems. its tough to believe they schedule power outages lol.
both animals are beautiful, cant wait to see what comes out :gj:
Re: This photo says it all..
Would be pretty neat if that full dorsal stripe passes on to some of the offspring.
Re: This photo says it all..
Everything went fine :) They had to disco our power, to hook up some new windmills. The temp never dropped below 86 degrees. It only lasted for about 2 hours. Yay!
