Metro Atlanta Members - Cook Out?

How many metro Atlanta area members might be interested in trying to plan a cook out in the future? Maybe meet at Stone Mountain and try to grab one of the tables and grills?

I know that Deborah would probably like her hubby to attend and he works Saturdays, so I was going to see what Sunday's looked like for folks.

I definitely would like to do something Labor Day Weekend in September - maybe on that Sunday, so people still have Monday to relax.

But it's a lot of fun getting together and September's a long way away.

So this is mainly a feeler to see who in metro Atlanta (and anyone willing to drive here) might be interested in doing something in the next couple of months?

IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know that Robin, you don't even have to ask me:banana:. Trey and Jami is in as well, even if I have to drag them kicking and screaming.............hmm, might need some help with that one, Trey is a pretty big boy, haha. Anyway, count Jamie and I in, and if everyone thinks they can handle it, we'll bring Caitlin along as well! :P

Since I'm gonna miss daytona again Maybe I'll head down to Georgia.. Is jake the snake still there?

Sorry I can't make the cookout guys, but the statement above made me blink twice. One of the sole reasons we are going to Daytona, is because John said he would kick my butt if I wasn't there. Well, it is what it is, we'll still be there, but I'll miss you Bro.

It's just six hours from G'boro! :D

Depending on the timing, I'd like to drag the whole family there. We're bogged down with soccer right now, but after another month or so my schedule is more flexible. :D

I think we are leaning towards sometime around Labor if I am right, you can verify with Robin, but I think that is correct.

Yup - was thinking of Labor Day Sunday (so that Deb and hubby can come too if they don't have other plans).

Of course, if there's enough interest, there's no reason we couldn't do something before then too.

I ordered one two weeks ago so I could find out what they taste like( I don't remeber much from that night). They are very good. I got my sister hooked on them.
