    Why is it ok?
Why is it ok for the administrators to publicly bash the Democrats then quarantine the thread before the rest of us can respond with facts?

You can post in quarantine... Have you asked for admittance? Quarantine is around so the general public browsing doesn't have to read a potentially controversial and flamed thread.

Quarantine is no big deal...it's just a sub-forum.
you can keep posting in there :)

although with this thread you may have helped make their point LOL!

I did not bash dems - I used to be one. I shared my opinions. If you read the announcement - you simply have to ask for access to Quarantine by sending a PM to any of us with our names in red and you can continue to participate in the thread.

You missed my point Robin. Why is it ok for YOU to "share YOUR opinions" on a public thread and THEN quarantine the thread. And by the way, I use to be a Republican.

She wasn't the only poster on that thread, so what's your point? I can see if she had made a thread bashing Dems, then closed it, but the thread was being posted in regularly well before she posted her opinion and took it to the Q room.

Get over yourself some threads just end up in quarantine, Political and Religious thread are more likely to end up there so do reptile related threads that go down the hill, that’s just the way it is!

It has NOTHING to do with the fact that an admin or mod posted in it, it just happen!

You want to post in that thread than go in QT and knock yourself out!

Instead of saying what I'm thinking, I'll just skip and post the apology I would have had to make otherwise:
I've spent the last few months posting only on a political forum on facebook, where flaming is really the only way to communicate. So I'm trying REALLY hard to not do that here! I'm even trying to get used to all these smileys, see: :rolleye2::rofl::rofl:
(after all, I'd hate to get this thread QTed too)

To my knowledge only staff have the ability to see who preformed what function on this site. How are you so sure it was Robin that moved the thread and not me or one of the other staff Prior to publicly calling out a staff member?

The fact that an admin posted in a thread and then it got moved is not big deal it was not moved because we didn't want the comments to be seen it was moved because of the risk that it might get out of hand.

Because I didn't realize it wasn't already in QT. Once I saw that it wasn't - I moved it. I still don't see your point or why you didn't just PM a staff member to ask your question.

Fine. Fine. I moved the thread. Yes, it was me. I wanted to start a conspiracy because, lord knows, we all have nothing better to do
So, there you go Jen. Blame me. Be angry with me. Robin and Ed have much better things to attend to. Sheesh.

This is a pretty rediculous thread in my opinion. Uneeded, unrespectful, and plainly downright nayesty (nasty with an accent ;) )
