Big Momma pics

This is Big Momma she was a wild cought gravid BP who after laying 18eggs last year she spent the rest of the year at a pet store on display... She wasn't eating very well for the store and they gave her to me for next to nothing to give her a good home... I am very proud to give a good update... after being at my house for only three days she ate a mouse on the 6th then 3days later she ate another mouse and a small rat on the 9th and yesterday she ate a larger med rat... I am very proud now to report she's blue!!! I wish I had a scale to weigh her on!!! She's doing sooo well... I have been scared she wasn't going to eat for a while and she couldn't afford to loose any more weight!!!:banana::banana:

Poor girl looks like she's been through a lot. I'm so glad she's found her way to a good home. I can't imagine what it must be like to lay 18 eggs. :O I hope she continues to thrive for you. Best of luck with her. ;)

thank you... at one point it feels like she may have broken some ribs:(... but im not sure... I hope not... I just LOVE her... shes going into the vet next week for a check up...

Does anyone know where I can buy a scale big enough to weigh her on??? perferable not online? so I can get it quick... But if not where can I buy one online? Iknow she's 3000+

Sorry T... the only ones I know of are online. But the vet should weigh her for you.

she has a long way to go being back to normal but she's in the right hands and she is pulling through beautifully:) I have confidence in her and she has confidence in herself and thats all its going to take... wait till you see her in six months!!!:taz:
