That black paper you put up behind the glass looks nice! I might have to try that, my walls are just covered up with newspaper and it drives me crazy!

How do you get the temp/humidity gauge to stay up on the side of the tank? I've tried to use those little clear suction cup things before they they didn't work for me, do you use those or something else? I like the way it looks.

Velcro seems to do the trick for me

Exactly what I use. Got a bunch of it at walmart for cheap. :D

Thanks, that makes sense! I'll have to try that out sometime, I might actually have some lying around the house :)

i used shelf liner on the sides and back of mine back when i did them looks like your first pic

Yeah, on Jule's tank I used some foam board from walmart, on vincent's it's just cardboard. I have the foam board cut out for it, just too lazy to put it on at the moment.

I dont have a better pic of my old enclosure but if you can see the black plastic trashbag on top I just cut it to size and tapes it on and no more hum problems. LEft a small corner open though for ventilation.
