I agree! What stunners. I got a quick question (I don't know much about tree boas / pythons...) Will they stay that color? Does the phase part stick for life? I always see these AWESOME orange and yellow snakes, but never as adults... Sorry if thats a lame Q, just thought I would ask.
Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
yes, they do stay like that
Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
As far as their color changes are concerned...it all depends on the individual snake. Most ATBs do go through an ontogenetic i their life, just to varying degrees.
Also, heres a few shots I took of my male Candy Cane phase Amazon Tree Boa outside for some pics earlier today....needless to say he was not happy with me lol...

Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
So much orangey goodness!! I really want someone to say "oh they are just as sweet as can be!"
<-- needs more orange snakes
Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
Thanks for the kind words, glad you all liked them. :)
Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
David, are you settling into corallus more heavily?
Craig
Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
I guess you could say that, Craig....I've dabbled in them off and on for the past few years, but I am trying to get a small group of breeders together to try and produce some nice offspring.
I'd like to get some Emeralds but its just not in my budget right now (especially since I have expensive Basin taste lol).
Re: Tree Biters, err Boas....
id love to see the offsprings they may produse:)
