YAY!!! I got a new guitar!!!

The black one I got last night. The Alexi Laiho signature V (the white guitar) I've had for 2-3 years. Also, here's a picture of my Marshall 100 watt DSL full stack.

Also don't mind my room. It actually looks more cluttered up and messier in the pic.

Sweet guitars! I've always loved the looks of a V, but I find them very uncomfortable to sit and play (I.e. practice, not performance). Now post up some super shredding so we can hear that new guitar!:D

I actually love sitting with the V's. Hehe. Also, if I can post some licks of me playing I will. My new iMac has garage band which records amazingly well with just the lil mic that's in the computer itself!

Nice guitars...I don't think I'd like sitting and playing that either though, I have a hard time with my husband's bc rich warlock. I guess I'm just stuck in my ways, I like the regular old style. But yours are still beautiful!

Thank you! What's funny is if you put me on a strat or a Les Paul, I can't get comfortable on them. Crazy huh?

Nice guitars. I like my Les Paul and my Schecter though. Shred on!

I love how LP's look. But I'm so use to longer scale necks. Since I usually play fast licks 99.999% of the time, that extra length keeps my strings from getting tangled up in my pick.

Sweet Alexi Laiho model. I like that V shape. I play an Ernie Ball John Petrucci and a Deluxe American Strat. You have good taste in guitars, dude.

I've got a new guitar in my near future, as well.... I've got tendonitis in my left wrist, so all my shredsticks are on the way out, in favor of something with a beefier neck. I'm trying to talk my wife into letting me get a PRS :D

That Jackson neck carve really screws with me.... One day I'll pick up a Soloist, love it, then a week or two later think it's awful.

BTW, is that an RR-1?

Yeah, I like the Les Paul for a little slower stuff, the schecter though... that's where the shredding is done.

I'll stick the slow stuff on my warlock, and shred on either my old RG or my LTD, man that neck on that new LTD really fast! Faster than the RG I think.

i'm the same way only i have a 61 SG i use for the lead work... LP i usually keep tuned down a whole step - perfect for that kinda stuff.

Yeah I got both Marshall cabs with Vintage 30's. It's the only way to go! And yep, it's a USA made RR-1.

Suh-weet Jax! I love those guitars. My husband still rues the day that he sold his one-of-a-kind black trans. Jacksons just have this awesome fret action.

I love V30's! I have them in my avatar 4x12. A friend of mine has me all fired up over a Splawn cab with Eminence governors and man-o-wars set up in an X cross pattern.

I've been on fire about that, tubes, and pups as of late.

Are the RR-1's still coming with the TB-4(b) and the Jazz(n)?
