popping pyhtons?

Can all pythons be popped to determine their sex?

Yes they can but i probe them just incase they hold thier stuff in :P.

i have done it to my smallest female, she came out female being popped, and then was probed female,
haha about a year ago a good friend of mine who breeds ball pythons and hoggies was holding my large male and desided to try to pop him, and did, and he was deff... a male haha

I pop my ball pythons all the time. But I wanted to know if you can pop a retic, a burm, and a blood python?

did it to the blood i have...
shes 3 foot...

i just had to like i guess roll my thumb up a lil more on her than the balls... but she is bigger than the female ball i popped...

Yea I know what you mean. But my blood is still a baby so it'll be easy to pop.

yeah... dang i saw a pic of a full grown blood... im so glad that the one i have isnt mine haha, im keeping it for a friend... kinda a long term babysitting thing lol... till he gets settled at his new place... =]

Lol. My homeboys brother has a 7ft female blood and shes super thick.

one thing to add to this... NEVER try this on green tree pythons.

I will second this.

If you really want to be sure of the animals sex, probe it, as it can often be difficult to pop a larger animal.
