    NARBC Aquisitions!
I know I am a little late to put these pics up, and I apologize. I took me until Friday to gat caught up after the show. Then my computer crashed on Friday night, and I didn't get it working until Sunday evening. So, it took me a bit, but here are the new snakes that we came home from Arlington with.

First up is a Lace Black Back (this is Amir's line of Het Red Axanthics). I have what I believe to be a Woods line Het Red female (long story, but I'd bet my paycheck on it), and I want to prove her out as a Het Red, and this guy looked like the right guy for the job. My suppossed Het Red female has been breeding with another combo male this year, but we'll try to prove her out next year.

This a picture of my trio of VooDoo balls. We got the from Michael Cole, who up to this point has proven that they are not dominant. Hopefully we'll see them prove as recessive either this year or next. My apologies for the reflected flash, but after taking about 40 pictures of this group, and each snake individually, I can't seem to get a good picture. So, here is the best one I took. I will keep trying. The male is the most extreme, and is on the far right in the picture.

    Thanks for looking,

Thanks for all of the compliments. I need to get some better pics of the VooDoos. All three of them are like my Caramel male and my original Axanthic male: as soon as they hit the photo table, they don't sit still. I almost wanted to sedate them, just so I could get some good pics. Don't fret though, I will keep trying.

The first picture looks like a cinny... or am I mistaken? I know it's a voodoo, but can someone explain the differences, I have not seen this morph before. :)

Not quite sure, since they have yet to be produced. We have only seen a small number of them, so it may not be completely representative of what they will look like IF they prove to be genetic. They are one of those snakes that needs to be seen in person, and naturally, I can't fully capture their colors with my meager photography skills.

Thanks again, Marc, Steve, Doris, D, BT, Jen and Laura. I really hope the VooDoos prove out, I guess because I am a dork for the subtle morphs. I haven't figured out what draws me to them yet, but I really admire this group of animals.

Puh-lease!!!! Your photography skills are much better than mine; even sober! :8:

These voodoos really must be seen in person to appreciate their subtle beauty. They are awesome!!
Best of luck MBM in this project!

And that lace black-back is sahweeeet!!
