    Does anyone remember little Rezzie?
Last season I had one little guy who was born dead. After some time and cohersion and "boa CPR" he came back to life. He was dead for 10 minutes or longer and my ex, who's still my friend, brought him back to life. He's doing pretty well, as you can see below, and is one of the best looking boas in my collection.

    I present little Rezzie:

Oh he's stunning, Jimi! What a hard start he had in life but he sure looks like he's thriving now. :)

Thanks! I'll let him know. haha. He's never shown any side effects at all from his mishap at birth. Perfect health!

Haha...He was born last of 21 babies. She pushed and pushed to get him out and after about twenty minutes from baby number 20, out he popped. He was born dead. My girlfriend at the time, Christina, wouldn't give up on him and was all hell-bent on saving him. I cleaned his mouth out and opened it up a few times and told her to keep his head elevated and to keep stroking his sides to keep the circulation moving. She did that while I commenced on the clean up. After about ten minutes, I told her was dead and to stop. We all know how you girls listen! lol. She didn't do any better. About five minutes later she shrieked and almost dropped him. His tongue had flicked! Five minutes later he's crawling all over her hands and WIDE awake. lol. Ressurected! Hence, Rezzie.

What a cool story!! What a special snake!!! Do you think he'll live a long life like his sibs? Will he breed, or do you handle him gently? Miracles happen! Rezzie... I love the name!!!!!!

He seems fine, no side effects or special treatment, except a name...lol. I will breed him, because I know that a mishap at birth isn't a genetic issue. I'd never sell him though, a mishap at birth could cause life span problems or issues with his brain down the road.
