Mojave for Robin!
Robin requested that I post a pic of our Special ? Mojave female after she shed. Well once she shed, our other Mojave female went in to shed. So they are finally both in their new skin, so I snapped a pic. Sorry for the flash on the background, but I took about 25 pics, and this one showed the best coloration on the animals, and their heads.
Enjoy the pic.

Re: Mojave for Robin!
and thats why I want one. I think I'm gonna pick one up at the reptile super show in San Diego if anyone has one that catches my eye (like the two above.) Does anyone know some breeders that are going to be there? I looked on the website and have seen those but anymore that are worth to looking at.

If memory serves me - it was Monica who convinced you to get her! :P
And the pictures truly do not do her justice. To see her in person is just WOW!
Thanks for posting the updated picture of her, Tim!

She did convince me, but I spotted her first, and brought her to Monica's attention. So, I will take all the credit.

Re: Mojave for Robin!
Very nice, that's exactly what a good Mojave should look like, but I doubt she's something "special".

What makes you "doubt" it?

Re: Mojave for Robin!
By special do you mean she is carrying some type of hidden gene? Or special as in she is wicked nice which she is..:)

Larry,
I say special, because I am not sure what she is carrying. I bought her from a friend that got her from the original breeder. I do know that there were 2 animals in the clutch like her (the other was a male). I just know that she stuck out like a sore thumb when I spotted her on the vendor's table. She looks like no other Mojave that I have seen. Hopefully in a couple years, we can breed her and find out if she is just a radical representation, or she is actually carrying some other gene.

Re: Mojave for Robin!
I agree - you really have to see this animal in person to appreciate the differences. There is definitely something different about her.
