Re: best BP book?
Though I haven't read it, I've heard from multiple sources that The Complete Ball python is the best book. A little pricy though I'd say. You can see it here: http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Ball-...2466709&sr=8-1

Re: best BP book?
In my opinion, there are TWO books that any lover of ball pythons should have in their collection - The Complete Ball Python by Kevin McCurley and Pythons of the World, Vol II: Ball Pythons by Barker and Barker. I can't live without either one of them.

RABERNET-you are right on the money. I have both book's and love both of them. I don't know how many times I bring one or the other back and forth to work all the time.

But, perhaps this will help you. Which to buy first? Probably Kevin's book first. The Barker's book is much more detailed with the natural history of ball pythons included. So if you had to pick one, get Kevin's, then start saving your money for the Barkers.

Re: best BP book?
Just out of curiosity...what'd everyone think of the Mark Seward/Sutherlands book/video combo...personally I found it left some things out and had alot of advice that I found out later isn't exactly the best (putting females in the male cage instead of the opposite, male combat, not really cooling the hot side during the winter, etc)...For it's price, it should be called "the incomplete ball python" book..:)
Honestly I thought I'd get Kevin's book for Christmas...dropped all the hints....guess Santa forgot me this year... :weirdface
Got a rack though...:banana::banana::banana:
